Vyāsa-pūjā 1984

Rocana Devī Dāsī ( - Bolivia)

Beloved spiritual father,

Let me prostrate myself unto the prints of your lotus feet.

nama oṁ viṣṇu pādāya kṛṣṇa preṣṭāya bhu-tale
śrīmate jayapatākā swamin iti nāmine

All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda and the chain of disciplic succession.

Just as the brightest star of the dimensional cosmos illuminates with its refulgence this planet and all its continents maintaining its luminosity in all corners of the world.

Like that, in a mundane date and at the same time eternal, descended to this world a golden paramahaṁsa, an intimate associate of the Supreme Lord, one of those very few ones, of whom it is revealed in the śāstras as the knower of the mystery of the absolute Truth, the eternal lover of Lord Śrī Kṛṣṇa, who with the transparency of his glance ignites in the core of the hearts the torch of devotion, who is permanently in the joy of bliss, who makes us penetrate in the nectar of his transparent words and his silent smile at the joy of the different humours in the pastimes of Lord Kṛṣṇa.

Because He is the eternal enjoyer of the sublimate of the “LĪLĀ PURUṢOTTAMA” that glides down like melodies of the heart and colours of the rainbow.

The supreme father who, through the benediction of the initiation transports us to the magic threshold of the service in the Kingdom of God overwhelming us in the light of the sacred laws emanated from the divine heart illuminating in this way the understanding of the “SAMBHĀṢAṆA” who transports us from the mundane verge of false ego fighting for power in this perishable world. Someone who has divine vision and at the same time the tenderness and innocence of a child.

In this way, the master of mercy receives his children in order to ignite in them the sacred flame of our original position as servants of the Supreme and to disentangle us from the inferior energy, penetrating to the mellows of the transcendental pastimes, with the joy of the heart.

How many feelings can one express love to the protector of the fallen souls, who rescues us from the ocean of illusion... to that incarnation of Divine Love who, like Lord Caitanya and the Gosvāmīs enjoy of the feelings of separation from Kṛṣṇa and Radharani and of the perfection of devotional service.

Let me prostrate myself once again to his lotus feet and thank him for having descended to this world and let me follow his instructions continuing in the sublimity of the “chanting of the Holy Name” of the Lord and the offering of the dance.

Your fallen servant and eternal daughter,
Rocana Devī Dāsī
