This Privacy Policy describes how ISKCON (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares information in connection with your use of our mobile application, Srila Prabhupada’s Vyasapuja (the “Service”).
Our purpose in creating this Service is to facilitate the global celebration of the Vyasapuja of His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada, allowing devotees to connect, share offerings, and honour his legacy. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us, and we are committed to protecting it.

a) Information You Provide to Us Directly:

- Vyasapuja Offerings: When you submit a written or multimedia (photo, video) offering through the Service, you are providing us with that content. Please be aware that the nature of a Vyasapuja offering is that it is meant to be shared. Content you submit as an offering may be made publicly visible to other users of the Service and in related media.
- Communications: If you contact us directly for support or with inquiries, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, the contents of the message, and any other information you may choose to provide.
b) Information We Collect Automatically:
- Usage Data: We may collect information about how you access and use the Service. This includes information like the features you use, the content you view, and the time, frequency, and duration of your activities.
- Device Information: We collect information about the mobile device you use to access the Service, including the hardware model, operating system and version, unique device identifiers, and IP address.

6. Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers.
