Vyāsa-pūjā 2019

Anādi Jagannātha dāsa (Bangalore - Sri Jagannath Mandir Seshadripuram - India)

Dearest Guru Mahārāja,

Please accept our respectful obeisance. All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda and all glories to you!

Dear Gurudeva,

Your mercy is boundless and limitless and we are devoid of words to glorify you or thank you. In spite of the most difficult circumstances, you continue spreading the glories of Lord Caitanya far and wide. Your daily classes are extremely refreshing and a great source of inspiration for us. While we often neglect or forget you, you never fail to be our eternal well-wisher, always praying to the Lord for our spiritual upliftment. Needless to say, we will never be able to repay you for your causeless mercy.

Dear Gurudeva,

By your mercy, we are currently coordinating implementation of Bhakti Vṛkṣa in ISKCON Seshadripuram Jagannātha Mandir. Many devotees are being trained to contact, cultivate and care for new devotees through Bhakti Vṛkṣa. Slowly and steadily alongside other leaders, we are working towards the bhakti vṛkṣa goal of 500 BV by 2020.

By your blessings and the support from the temple, the bhakti sadan at Sahakar Nagar has been running for one year now. Around 40 devotees attend every Sunday, and 70-100 attend during festivals like Gaura Purnima, Rama Navami, and Nrsimha Caturdasi. For the first time in Sahakar Nagar - we celebrated Janmashtami in 2018 and 1500 devotees attended from around the area. In the surrounding Kodigehalli, there are 4 weekly children’s programs and 1 bhakti vṛkṣa on going. By the efforts and support of the temple and the devotees here, there will be a vedic camp and picnic for children during the summer. By your mercy, we pray that these will all be pleasing to the Lord and the devotees, and that we will be able to start more new children's programs, manjaris, and BVs in 2019.

Dear Guru Mahārāja,

We are eternally indebted to you and will never be able to repay you for the mercy that you are showering upon us. We only pray to Their Lordships Rādhā Mādhava, Pañca-tattva and Prahlāda Narasiṁha Deva that They continue to protect you, and that They bless us so we may help you in spreading Lord Caitanya’s mission.

We request for your blessings so that we can take care of new devotees, work cooperatively alongside our peers and serve the senior vaiṣṇavas in the same mood as yours. We also seek your blessings to develop all nine brahminical qualities, most importantly self-control and tolerance.

Srila Guru Mahraj ki Jai!

Your servants,

Anādi Jagannātha Dāsa & Vṛndā Mahārāṇī Devī Dāsī
