All Glories to Srila Prabhupada
All Glories to you Srila Guru Maharaja.
Dear Guru Maharaja,
I beg you to accept my most respectful prostrated obeisances at your lotus feet. All glories to you on this auspicious day of your Vyasa puja
Srila Gurudeva, on the occasion of your 72nd Vyasa puja, I pray to Sri Sri Radha Madhava, Gaura Nitai, and Narasimha Deva to protect you and bless you with good health and a very long life.
With your blessings and mercy, my husband and I had the opportunity to stay in Mayapur since Oct 2019. We came here for attending the Bhakti Sastri course. We completed the course last year and subsequently stayed on in Mayapur due to the lockdown. In the meanwhile, we also completed the Bhakti Vaibhava Module 1 and are planning to enroll for Bhakti Vaibhava Module 2 in winter this year.
In the last year, you inspired and enthused millions of people around the world by your daily home visits and you continue to do so even now. Due to the pandemic, many people were getting depressed, but you showed us by personal example how to be more Krishna conscious and what a great opportunity it has provided all of us to share Krishna consciousness with many people by doing online courses and other outreach through the internet. I also find the JPS app very useful to get regular messages from you, as a result, I feel very connected with you. Another feature of the app that I find very interesting and inspiring is that it gives us an insight into all instructions that Srila Prabhupada gave you and gives us an opportunity to support you in whatever small way that we can in fulfilling these instructions.
I am greatly indebted to you for your daily classes, guidance, blessings, and inspiration. By being engaged in Krishna conscious activities I did not face any difficulty during this pandemic, and I tried using this as an opportunity to be engaged in more such activities.
I could participate in many online programs conducted by devotees and I also had the opportunity to preach to new people during the Kartik and Purusottam months. We were also able to continue reading Srila Prabhupada’s books in our book reading groups and pursue our sastric studies. I was able to take the association of devotees and be absorbed in many Krishna-conscious activities throughout the day.
In the future, I will try to continue and increase my efforts in sharing Krishna consciousness with many people and seek your blessings and empowerment in order to do so.
On the occasion of your Vyasa Puja celebration, I reconfirm my surrender and dedication to serving your lotus feet and pray for your causeless mercy and beg forgiveness for all my offenses.
Your very insignificant disciple,
Lilamayi Rukmini Devi dasi
