Dearest Srila Guru Mahārāja,
Please accept our most respectful obeisances at the dust of your divine lotus feet.
All glories to your divine grace. All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda!.
On this most auspicious day we express our sincere gratitude for saving us from the darkest of ignorance. We will never be able to repay our debt to you Srila Gurumaharaja.
Thank you for teaching us by your own divine example what is the meaning of being a devotee. In Bhagavad Gita Lord Krsna explains the characteristics of a devotee and Srila Gurumaharaja is literally showing us each of those qualities. Thank you for the Caitanya Lila classes that Srila Gurumaharaja gives daily. There are no days in Srila Gurumaharaj's life that Gurumaharaj has not spoken about Sri Caitanya mahaprabhu and his associates. By listening to Srila Gurumaharaja’s classes daily we also slowly develop attachment to Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu. Gurumaharaja, Thank you for giving us darshan every Saturday and whole week we look forward for Saturday, for that moment. It is really amazing to see how Srila Gurumaharaj is so selflessly preaching, blessing devotees daily on zoom and patiently visiting everyone and reciprocating with them. We see you as a living example of how Rupa Goswami describes in Nectar of devotion how a pure devotee walks his life.
We beg you to give us your mercy and blessings so that we can serve you Srila Gurumaharaja in the way that is pleasing to your Divine grace. Like “Ganga jaler ganga puja” only by your mercy we can serve you Srila Gurumaharaja. We are holding on to your lotus feet and begging forgiveness for all offences committed knowingly and unknowingly at your divine lotus feet.
We also beg to have blessings of Srila Gurumaharaj in doing Bhakti vriksha and be an instrument in Srila Gurumaaraja’s service to Srila Prabhupada. We also pray for Srila Gurumaharaja’s blessings on all the souls that Krsna is sending to us and only by your mercy we can take care of them.
We pray…
ekākī āmāra, nāhi pāya bala,
hari-nāma-sańkīrtane
tumi kṛpā kori', śraddhā-bindu diyā,
deho' kṛṣṇa-nāma-dhane
“I do not find the strength to carry on alone the sankirtana of the holy name of Hari. Please bless me by giving me just one drop of faith with which to obtain the great treasure of the holy name of Krsna”
