My dear Guru Mahārāja,
Please accept my most respectful obeisances unto Your lotus feet. All glories to Your Divine Grace! All glories to Your beloved spiritual master ISKCON Founder Ācārya His Divine Grace A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupāda!!
Guru Mahārāja on this auspicious occasion of the Vyāsa-pūjā, I beg you to be merciful to me as I hold your lotus feet and beg pardon for all the offenses I committed knowingly and unknowingly.
I still remember the day when you came to Bengaluru and I got an opportunity to serve you and your servants personally under the guidance of Bengaluru temple leaders. I was very fortunate to be able to serve you even though it is for a very limited time.
You are full of good qualities. I came to know many glories about you Guru Mahārāja while attending the JSSS classes given by so many senior devotees including Māhavarāha prabhu, Mani Gopāla prabhu, Varada Kṛṣṇa prabhu, etc. They shared their personal realizations with you and that even moved my heart.
I learned how much you gave importance to the devotee caring. There were many examples that prove this. In one JSSS class, Māhavarāha prabhu mentioned one incident where how you personally touched the gṛhastha couple in Moscow, who was not agreeing and not understanding each other. And I learned in the middle of the night, you were explaining to the devotee husband the importance of the family relationship without caring about your health. Also, Guru Mahārāja, you personally have set up the JPS care team to take care of the disciples and have a personal connection with you and each of us.
I also learned how you are having the mood of preaching while you are getting yourself treated in hospital and having compassion for other fellow patients who you don't know, how you used to preach to nurses and doctors and make them chant and read Bhagavad Gītā.
A pure devotee sees everything in relationship to Kṛṣṇa. He does not see anything which is not connected to Kṛṣṇa. You also connect and see Kṛṣṇa in everything. During the pandemic period, you told us to preach to people so that they will chant the holy names of the Lord by making them chant Hare Kṛṣṇa or by making them unknowingly making them chant indirectly like by saying Go-ran-go (Gaurāṅga).
I pray that I may also develop such qualities and mercy so that I can also grow together with other devotees by your mercy.
Dear Guru Mahārāja, I really thank you for accepting me as your spiritual son and giving me shelter and being a guiding force for me. I pray that you bestow your causeless mercy to me so that we can expand this Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement and try to carry out the instructions Śrīla Prabhupāda gave to you. I also pray to you so that I may become as dedicated and serious as my seniors wish and my heart gets cleansed of all material desires and my also desire to be engaged in your service.
Your servant,
Narasiṁharūpa Caitanya dāsa,
