Dear Guru Mahārāja,
Please accept our respectful obeisance unto your lotus feet.
All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda!
All glories to you, dear Guru Mahārāja on this most auspicious Vyāsa Pūjā day!
It has been a year since you gave us Harināma dīkṣā. We consider ourselves most fortunate and remain eternally indebted to you for bestowing your causeless mercy on us. We pray that under your shelter and guidance, we will continue to grow steadily in Kṛṣṇa consciousness and serve you with more love.
Dear Guru Mahārāja, you hold the beacon when it comes to boundless energy and enthusiasm to serve Guru and Gaurāṅga. What may be considered as obstacles, you convert into opportunities! Your forbearance in never letting any physical ailment impede your mission is inspiring to say the least! We have much to learn from the example you set and pray that we may someday be worthy of your mercy. We beseech you for more mercy so that we may make ourselves worthy of you.
On this auspicious day, we would like to re-dedicate ourselves to serving you better. With your mercy, we hope to get rid of our anarthas and remain steadfast in our sadhana. We commit to reading your books and listening to your classes regularly, so that we remain connected with your vāṇī. We also beg for your forgiveness dear Guru Mahārāja for any offences that we have committed.
Please bless us and our daughter dear Guru Mahārāja, that just as our mentors took the time and made the effort to cultivate our devotion, we may share this gift with others. We also seek your blessings for the children we teach in our weekly classes.
With prayers to Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva for your good health and long life, we remain your humble servants,
Śivagati Kṛṣṇa Dāsa
Premapriyā Rādhārāṇi Devī Dāsī and
Bhaktin Ananya.
