“I offer my respectful obeisance unto my spiritual master, the deliverer of the fallen souls. His mercy turns the dumb into eloquent speakers and enables the lame to cross mountains.”
Please accept my respectful humble obeisance unto your lotus feet.
On this auspicious day of your divine descent into this world of duplicity, the heart blossoms with thoughts of gratitude to Your lotus feet which have sheltered me for so long despite my inadequacies and enabled me to live amid these souls who are sincerely dedicated to serving Your Holiness.
Thanks to all of your teachings, you are a great inspiration on the dark road guiding me forward. For the well-being of conditioned souls, you accepted a lot of austerity, constantly in preaching to awaken sleeping souls, like me.
I am now in India, taking care of my in-laws, father and children. Gurudeva, in order to fulfil our promise of spreading Śrīla Prabhupāda’s preaching movement, I am continuing to take Bhakti-vṛkṣa. Children classes, Bal Bhāgavatam classes and also helping my husband for yātrā programs. Bhakti-vṛkṣa members have also dived into the ocean of chanting their rounds regularly. Please bless them so that they also take Guru’s shelter at the earliest.
Please bless us to fulfill your instructions and expectations in the service to His Divine Grace, Śrīla Prabhupāda and the previous Ācāryas. You are an example of what a loving Vaiṣṇava is in many practical ways. Your humility, sense of gratitude, determination and joy has no comparison. Thank you for all what you give us and for sharing your magnanimous vision of how this movement should go forward. To be serving you personally in this congregational service is a great fortune. Please allow us to remain eternally engaged by you in this way.
I am attending the local Mysore Satsang, but not regularly due to commitment with the elders at home. The devotees here are so nice and I am giving me many opportunities of service whenever I visit. Please bless me, so that I am able to serve all the elders at home well and also give them Kṛṣṇa consciousness.
Last November, I also had a chance to come to Māyāpur along with my family, my father and in-laws. It was our long cherished desire to get our parents to Māyāpur. We were actually trying to bring them from last 3 years. But due corona, we couldn’t. Finally, with your mercy, we were able to get them to Māyāpur and also took them to few temples. But since you had gone for Purī Parikramā and so we couldn’t meet you.
I fall at your lotus feet, kindly bless us, so that I may find a way to please you more and more. I am sincerely praying to Śrī Śrī Narasiṁhadev to keep you healthy and begging to get your association frequently.
Your loving daughter,
Gopīgana Gītā Devī Dāsī
