Dear Guru Mahārāja,
please accept my humble obeisances at Your lotus feet!
nama oṁ viṣṇu-pādāya kṛṣṇa-preṣṭhāya bhū-tale
śrīmate jayapatākā-svāmin iti nāmine
namo ācāryapādāya nitāi-kṛpa-pradāyine
gaura-kathā dhāma dāya nagara-grāma tāriṇe
All glories to Śrī Guru and Śrī Gaurāṅga! All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda!
Śrī Caitanya-caritāmṛta (Madhya 23.39-40) says that even the most learned man cannot understand the words, activities and symptoms of a person situated in love of Godhead. So this is just my humble attempt to express my appreciation of the activities and words I observed.
It is very inspiring for me to observe You when You attend various programs either arranged by devotees or by outside organizations. Without any hesitation You establish the relationship with the audience and then boldly speak about the glories of the holy name and Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu accompanied by inducing the audience to chant the Lord’s holy names. In this way literally masses are engaged in hearing and chanting about the Lord’s glories. Also very nice is to see how You repeat what You have recently heard wherever You go and spread Lord’s glories in this way.
I am amazed how You can also find so much personal time for Your disciples and others also; keeping them inspired.
In the same way I am inspired by the messages about Your activities; like what You have just read from Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam. In this way I am getting reminded that I should also regularly read Śrīla Prabhupāda’s books. Thank You for that, Guru Mahārāja.
Aspiring to help You in fulfilling the instructions Śrīla Prabhupāda gave to You.
