We are so fortunate to celebrate your divine birth with you. I entirely depend on your causeless mercy. You desire to bring as many fallen souls as possible to the lotus feet of Lord Gaurāṇga, and you work day and night till now. You always set an ideal example for the dedication expected from a disciple and the resolve and determination to serve one’s spiritual master under all circumstances. You are an exemplary sannyāsī who has diamond and gold-like glories within you.
My dear spiritual father, you know I am incompetent, immature, erratic-minded with lust desires, and I am worse than a worm in the stool. But by your causeless mercy, you have taken me as your spiritual daughter, and I cannot repay you for what you have done to me. I want to express my boundless gratitude and thanks for accepting me as your disciple.
Last year I started to write key points for the Bhagavad-gītā slokas, which are sent out on WhatsApp group for Tamil-speaking devotees by my Bhakti Vṛkṣa leader Anandamāyā Gopīnātha Dāsa and we are conducting a quiz at the end of each chapter. By your mercy, now I have started to relish the taste of Bhagavad-gītā and by my Bhakti Vṛkṣa leader's guidance. After a long battle, again with your mercy, I started to listen to your Caitanya-līlā lectures assiduously. I can feel the pleasure of listening to Caitanya-līlā from your lotus mouth. During weekends I attend Śrīmad Bhāgavatam classes by Saṅkīrtana Narrotama Dāsa where I struggle to be regular. Not only that, I’m struggling to maintain my chanting, reading, listening and all other sādhanās. I desire to understand the importance of Kṛṣṇa's consciousness in every moment because it keeps fluctuating, and I am attracted to māyā.
On the day of my initiation, in front of you and Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Gopīnatha, I wrongly answered my husband's desire to be your disciple for your question. Although he is favourable, he is not following Kṛṣṇa consciousness yet. My sincere apologies for providing you with the wrong information. If my statement can become true, I can effectively prioritise serving your lotus feet when I am young and capable. I sincerely beg you; I hope to please you someday with my endeavours.
On this auspicious day, I deeply pray to Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva, Lord Gaura-Nitāi, Lord Jagannātha and Lord Śrī Śrī Rādhā Gopīnatha for a healthy and long life. We pursue your blessings so that my kids Deaisu, Suhan and my husband Suren can be absorbed in Kṛṣṇa Consciousness, and we can serve you all together.
Your insignificant Daughter,
Sukīrtī Harini Devī Dasī.
