Hare Kṛṣṇa dear Guru Mahārāja,
Please accept my respectful obeisances to your holy feet. All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda.
Dear Gurudeva, on the most auspicious occasion of your appearance day, please accept this humble offering to your lotus feet. You are one of the most compassionate souls I have ever seen. The very fact that you have accepted me as your disciple shows your compassionate nature. I have been struggling under the clutches of māyā for many decades before I was chosen by my sīkṣā Guru to offer me at your lotus feet. Though I cannot say that I have been completely transformed since I accepted you as my eternal guru, I can confidently confirm that there has been a definite change in my material entanglement.
Dear Gurudeva,
When I was writing the book, 'Easy Journey to Goloka', I have been meditating on your instructions and incorporated in the book in the form of an allegorical story. The story of the book revolves around your character Gurudeva. Though the book has been well appreciated by many senior devotees in ISKCON, unfortunately, it could not reach the vast deserving people because of my poor marketing skills and the support from the devotee community. However, Gurudeva, I never intended to write the book for my pleasure or name or fame. It was intended for the pleasue of Guru and Gaurāṅga. I have been donating 100% of profits from the book to TOVP project.
Dear Gurudeva, your continued efforts to deliver the fallen conditioned souls inspite of your physical health is very inspiring for all your disciples and well wishers to engage in the preaching activities. Please bestow your mercy upon me and my family so that we are engaged always in your service for the pleasure of Śrīla Prabhupāda.
Your insignificant servant,
Ramānanda Kanai Dāsa
