Dear Guru Mahārāja,
Please accept my respectful obeisances. All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda. All glories to your auspicious appearance day.
I feel so unfortunate that I am unable to take complete shelter of your lotus feet when you are present here on the planet due to overwhelming issues in my life, especially litigations and mental stress. My faith in Kṛṣṇa consciousness has slackened in the face of reversals. I think these are due to my past activities or offenses. I seek your blessings and prayers so that I can focus on chanting the holy name properly and hearing your lectures more consistently and also in serving you in your mission to Śrīla Prabhupāda. I do not want to risk further my slackened Kṛṣṇa consciousness in this precious human life but I need strength and I am constantly trying to pray at your lotus feet. The minimum that I have been able to serve you everyday is by circumambulating tulasī with 4 extra rounds for your good health and whatever extra rounds that I chant beyond 16 are exclusively dedicated for your good health and glorious preaching for many years to come.
Your spiritual son,
Aśoka Gaura dāsa
