Dear Guru Mahārāja,
Please accept my respectful obeisances. On this joyous occasion, we wish you a very happy Śrī Vyāsa-pūjā. By being a sincere disciple of Śrīla Prabhupāda and a true representative of Kṛṣṇa, your good self truly are a blessing for the ignorant and suffering souls in this material world. You are the embodiment of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu’s compassion and only hope for insincere souls like me. On behalf of Śrīla Prabhupāda’s order, you have accepted so many disciples under your shelter even disregarding your personal health crisis. All these health crises have been converted into cradle of preaching opportunities. Like a General you have marched towards ignorant and suffering communities to make them introduced and trained in Kṛṣṇa consciousness. And today you have made them into thriving and enthusiastic Vaiṣṇava communities like the one we have in Śrīdhāma Māyāpur, Alachua etc. Essentially your visit has transformed those places into holy dhāmas, where continuous devotional services are happening daily. The sweet dealings that You have among Your godbrothers inspire us to maintain a healthy, humble service oriented attitude towards our dealings with Vaiṣṇava devotees and to avoid offenses against them. You have taught us forbearance in the midst of biggest crises and Your entire life is a testimony to that. I hope I would be of some use to You in Your personal services to Śrīla Prabhupāda and remain humbly dedicated to the mission. I pray for Your good health and divine inspiration. Hare Kṛṣṇa!
Your insignificant servant,
Suhṛta Gopāla dāsa
