Jaya Śrīla Prabhupāda!
Dear Guru Mahārāja its very fortune and happy moment to celebrate your 75th Vyāsa-pūjā as a disciple. Whatever you have done to the Śrīla Prabhupāda movement (ISKCON) and to Mayapur (especially) is wonderful and unimaginable. It’s my great, great fortune and your causeless mercy that you have accepted a fallen soul (me) as your disciple. I am really thankful and grateful for the mercy you have given me by connecting to paramparā.
I derive lot of inspiration from you, seeing your continuous devotional service, spreading Lord Caitanya’s teachings on the order of Śrīla Prabhupāda even though having so many difficulties, health issues, accepting disciples and connecting them to paramparā. You are so merciful and compassionate to all of us. Your enthusiasm to get degrees like Bhakti-śāstrī, Bhakti-vaibhava and Bhakti-vedānta, etc. , and setting an example for your disciples is really amazing. With your inspiration I have completed Bhakti-śāstrī and now undergoing Bhakti-vaibhava. To please you and Śrīla Prabhupāda, by your mercy, I want put my full endeavor to complete all other courses as well.
Even though, you have so many health issues, you never complain about them rather always want to engage in preaching, meeting devotees, attending meetings, replying to mails, suggestions to TOVP and many other leaders. You are completely focused in Kṛṣṇa consciousness always. Lord Caitanya’s attraction for Lord Kṛṣṇa and Your attraction for Lord Caitanya and Śrīla Prabhupāda looks similar to me. You both are munificent in giving kṛṣṇa-prema.
I understand from your lectures and instructions that you want all your disciples to be well versed in Śrīla Prabhupāda books and get ISKCON degrees, follow four regulative principles properly, assist in preaching and book distribution. I am sincerely trying my best in following these. I beg your blessings to put my complete efforts in pleasing you and Śrīla Prabhupāda.
I helplessly beg forgiveness from you for the offenses that I have committed to you and others knowingly and unknowingly.
Please bless me so that I will serve you in Śrīla Prabhupāda movement (ISKCON) as a sincere disciple.
Your Servant,
Vrajendra Kumāra Dāsa
