My dear respectable beloved spiritual father,
Please accept my respectful humble obeisances unto your lotus feet! All glories to Your Divine Grace! All glories to Gaurāṅga! All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda! All glories to Guru Mahārāja! All glories to this most auspicious day—your Appearance Day!
Our sincere prayers on this holy, auspicious occasion of Vyāsa-pūjā for your mercy and protection.
For the first time in this life, I received your Divine Grace’s darśana and blessings in Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Gopāla Kṛṣṇa Temple, Kanoo Garden, in Balarāmadeśa (Bahrain). I was given a thalapūjā to offer flowers and lamp. As a neophyte, I remember the excitement and bliss within me when I saw you for the first time. Still, I do not forget those close darśana of your Divine Grace’s eyes which blessed us all abundantly.
Koṭi-koṭi-koṭi pañcāṅga praṇāmas.
Years ago, I had a dream that I was flying in a flight around the borders of Bhārata-deśa to circumambulate—at once—all the sacred tīrthas, divine dhāmas, temples, bhāgavatas, and all the sacred and divine features, at once, in whole. Just as we circumambulate Govardhana Hill in a rikṣā, this was like circumambulating the entire Bharata-khaṇḍa in one stretch by flight.
The flight descended and showed, from the sky, all the four Bada-cār-dhāma temples in the four corners of the country. Wherever possible, the flight lowered to show sacred rivers, temples, hills, etc. Finally, it included Nepal Muktinātha, thus covering all the 106 Divya Deśams (as the 107th and 108th are in Vaikuṇṭha).
When I woke up, I didn’t know how many miles or kilometers such a journey would be, or whether such a flight could even be arranged. If so, we could all go on a divine flying yātrā together. It would be a varam (boon) for elderly devotees and for the general public.
We could start from Rāmeśvaram to Dvārakā to Badarīnātha to Jagannātha Purī, and then return to Rāmeśvaram. We could get down for darśana at each of the four cār-dhāmas, continuing by flight to complete the circumambulation.
After many thoughts and calculations about tickets, budgets, and practical concerns, I realized it would remain just a dream for me.
But then—some intuition, or perhaps Kṛṣṇa within—spoke:
"Just circumambulate your Guru. That alone will fulfill your above dream."
Personally, I cannot take the darśana of my beloved Guru Mahārāja in person and circumambulate him—that is also not practically possible, and I am not that pure.
So I kept my dear respectable Guru Mahārāja’s photo and circumambulated. I know I am not eligible, but with the mercy of Guru and Gaurāṅga, Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Kṛṣṇa, all my śikṣā-gurus, and Guru Mahārāja’s mercy—my dream was fulfilled.
Yes—it is a divine victory!
It was fulfilled simply by a pradakṣiṇā of Śrīla Prabhupāda’s Victory Flag, my dear beloved spiritual father and respected Guru Mahārāja, His Holiness Jayapatākā Swami.
I am so excited, satisfied, and blissful on this spiritual safari. Thank you so much!
Koṭi-koṭi-koṭi-koṭi-koṭi-koṭi-koṭi praṇāmas, Guru Mahārāja.
Your humble sevikā,
Pritirūpā Rukmiṇī Devī Dāsī
