All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda!
All glories to Śrīla Gurudeva!

My beloved Gurudeva,

Please accept my respectful obeisances at your lotus feet. All glories on your auspicious 76th appearance day.

I am so happy to glorify you, dear Gurudeva, on this auspicious day, even though an insignificant servant like me is not at all qualified to offer proper glorification.

Gurudeva, you are a true ācārya who has dedicated your entire life to fulfilling Śrīla Prabhupāda’s mission. Śrīla Prabhupāda’s instructions are your life and soul. The Māyāpur we see, enjoy, and relish today is the outcome of your tremendous hard work. Every day, thousands of devotees are visiting Māyāpur, and you are always eager to make sure that they are all nicely taken care of. Gurudeva, we were so joyful to see you receive the Hindu Ratna Award from the World Hindu Federation this year for your outstanding efforts to make the whole world Kṛṣṇa conscious.

Gurudeva, even though your health condition is fragile, still you give classes daily, attend meetings, and perform preaching activities. Even when you were in the hospital, you were preaching to nurses and doctors, inspiring them to chant the Hare Kṛṣṇa mahā-mantra and read Bhagavad-gītā. Gurudeva, you are never bothered about your health condition. You are not body conscious—you are 100% soul conscious. You are always concerned with the spiritual well-being of devotees. You remain calm, cool, and constantly engaged in transforming each and every soul into a devotee.

Last year, when His Holiness Śivarāma Swami Mahārāja visited you in the ICU, he later said, “I have not seen anyone who has such strong willpower to stay on and keep serving Śrīla Prabhupāda.” We are so fortunate to have you as our spiritual master, a dṛḍha-vrata.

Gurudeva, I have truly experienced your mercy many times. Whenever I feel weak in my sādhana and devotional practices, I pray and meditate on you, which gives me immense strength to continue my spiritual journey with renewed enthusiasm.

Gurudeva, please bless us so we can engage more and more in preaching and other devotional activities, so we may fulfill the promise we made to you during our initiation. I am praying to Lord Narasiṁhadeva to protect you and keep you in good health. We are reciting the Dhanvantari mantra daily and chanting extra rounds of the Hare Kṛṣṇa mantra for your well-being.

Gurudeva, please forgive me for any offenses I have committed, knowingly or unknowingly. Please bless me to follow strict sādhana. Gurudeva, kindly bestow your mercy upon our family, our cell members, all our cakra members, and the Gurukula team, so that we may all be engaged in fulfilling your mission.

We are waiting eagerly for your visit to Mathurādeśa.
