Hare Kṛṣṇa, Dear Guru Mahārāja!

Please accept my respectful obeisances. All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda! All glories to Your Divine Grace!

Dear spiritual father, today is the most auspicious day of your 76th Vyāsa-pūjā—the day I wait to celebrate each year, as the preparations and services for this day make me more conscious of you.

First of all, I would like to thank you for accepting me as your spiritual daughter. I received initiation from you at Śrīdhāma Māyāpur on 29th December 2024.

Last year, I prayed to you and Śrīla Prabhupāda that I may receive initiation from you as soon as possible—and you both accepted my prayer. Thank you, Guru Mahārāja, for that also.

Despite all major health issues, Guru Mahārāja, you are tirelessly serving Śrīla Prabhupāda and showing us—by your own example—how a disciple should be. You touch the hearts of thousands simply through your compassion and love. Every health crisis becomes an opportunity for you to reach out to doctors, nurses, and health staff immersed in ignorance, and somehow connect them to the lotus feet of Kṛṣṇa.

Guru Mahārāja, you are always my savior. Whenever I feel darkness in life, you guide me—through a dream, your class, or some devotee—and save me from falling. Whatever I pray to you or to your laminated photo, you always reciprocate, which helps me realize that there is no difference between you and your lamination. Your reciprocation, love, and care help me take up Kṛṣṇa consciousness more seriously.

As long as I live, I wish to be a useful instrument in your mission. I need your blessings to be sincere in my sādhana, preaching services, and to develop pure love for Kṛṣṇa. I seek your blessings for an eternal bond of loving relationship with you, and that I may always remain attached to your lotus feet.

On this auspicious occasion, I offer my sincere prayers to Their Lordships Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Mādhava, Śrī Śrī Pañca-tattva, and Lord Śrī Narasiṁhadeva—that They bestow upon you a long life and good health so that you may continue to save countless souls and fulfill all your divine desires.

I also humbly place a request at your lotus feet:
If it is the wish of Your Divine Grace, Śrīla Prabhupāda, Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Mādhava, Śrī Śrī Pañca-tattva, and Lord Śrī Narasiṁhadeva, then please allow me to live in Śrīdhāma Māyāpur and give me the opportunity to serve at your lotus feet, and to Their Lordships.

Begging for your mercy on this auspicious day.

Your insignificant spiritual daughter,
Yamunā Yaśasvinī Devī Dāsī
