Hare Kṛṣṇa to our dear beloved spiritual father,
Koṭi-koṭi praṇāma, Gurudeva.
Please accept my respectful obeisances at Your lotus feet.
I have no courage to write about Your blessings and bliss upon me. Every moment and everything is so blissful since the day when You gave me Gaurāṅga’s mercy. Actually, I am not eligible for anything—You have made me what I am. Still, I seek more and more of Your blessings so that I may lovingly serve You, Mahārāja. Koṭi-koṭi praṇāma.
I remember when I met Śrīmatī Amala Mātājī, Viśāla Prabhu, and Jagannātha in Reading—my life changed. Mātājī and Prabhujī held my hand and showed me the path to Guru Mahārāja. I am so obliged—Your and the devotees’ mercy began to work its magic on this fallen soul. Though I am not eligible for anything, how can I write or where shall I begin to explain all this mercy in words? I do not know—everything is unimaginable and has happened so quickly and wonderfully in my life.
The day You accepted me as Your spiritual daughter was the happiest moment for me. Then, You gave me a place to stay in Māyāpur—which is like heaven—so I can have the beautiful darśana of the Deities every day, and association with lovely devotees, where every day feels like a festival—like being in Goloka.
Mahārāja, my English is not good. Please forgive me if I have made any mistakes. I know I have only been receiving everything, and I have nothing to give in return. Please, Mahārāja, bless me more and more. I am very patita—please bless me so I may become eligible to serve Guru and Gaurāṅga and do Vaiṣṇava-sevā.
We are always inspired by how You serve Your Guru Mahārāja, always beginning Your speech with:
nama oṁ viṣṇu-pādāya kṛṣṇa-preṣṭhāya bhū-tale
śrīmate bhaktivedānta-svāmin iti nāmine
namas te sārasvate deve gaura-vāṇī-pracāriṇe
nirviśeṣa-śūnyavādi-pāścātya-deśa-tāriṇe
This inspires me so much—how to remember my Guru Mahārāja. You show by Your example every time. Thank You. I love the sound of Your Gaurāṅga and Nityānanda kathā.
Daṇḍavat-praṇāma.
Please sprinkle the dust of Your lotus feet on my head.
Hare Kṛṣṇa.
Your dāsī,
Vaiṣṇavī Sundarācalī Devī Dāsī
