Hare Kṛṣṇa, dear Guru Mahārāja,
Please accept my humble obeisances.
All glories to your lotus feet.
All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda.
nama oṁ viṣṇu-pādāya kṛṣṇa-preṣṭhāya bhū-tale
śrīmate jayapatāka svāmin iti nāmine
nama ācārya-pādāya nitāi-kṛpā-pradāyine
gaura-kathā-dhāma-dāya nagara-grāma-tāriṇe
All glories to the most auspicious appearance day of my beloved Jayapatākā Svāmī Mahārāja.
This very lowly servant of yours wishes you a very blissful 76th Vyāsa-pūjā divasa.
Mahārāja, I do not possess the position to comment anything on you, but your glories are unlimited—how can I not glorify you? Not for nothing did Śrīla Prabhupāda give you the name "Jayapatākā"— the victory flag, signifying the victory of Lord Caitanya’s saṅkīrtana movement. Your lifetime of devotional service, at times in the most difficult situations, is a tribute to your surrender and love for Śrīla Prabhupāda, Lord Caitanya, and the Vaiṣṇavas. Even after having so many health issues to fight with, your enthusiasm is never seen to lessen.
Mahārāja, all glories to you, who are always merciful to the most fallen souls, without considering their past karmas.
By your mercy, Śrīla Prabhupāda’s mercy, and by the mercy of the Vaiṣṇavas, your humble son distributed his first Bhagavad-gītā during the last book distribution marathon and constantly tries to connect more and more souls to Kṛṣṇa.
Your humble servant asks his Govinda to bless you with good health, and may, by the mercy of Guru and Gaurāṅga, I get a chance to serve you.
Mahārāja, your servant also begs at your lotus feet to please bless me with Kṛṣṇa-prema and Kṛṣṇa-bhakti. There is no one more fallen than myself in the three worlds, and without Gaurāṅga’s and your mercy, this insignificant soul will surely not be able to make it to Kṛṣṇa.
Your eternal son and humble servant,
Ākāśa
