Vyāsa-pūjā 2025

Divyāṅgī Lalitā Devī Dāsī (Omaha, Nebraska - United States of America)

Dearest Śrīla Guru Mahārāja,

Please accept our most respectful obeisances.
All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda!
All glories to Your Divine Grace!
All glories to the most auspicious tithi of Your Appearance!

Our humble and heartfelt prayers to Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva to always keep you in the best of health and bless us with Your divine association for many decades to come.

Śrīla Guru Mahārāja, recently during the celebration of Nityānanda Trayodaśī, I came across a song by Śrīla Kānu Rāmadāsa Ṭhākura, Doyā Koro More Nitāi, and was immediately reminded of You:

jaya prema-bhakti-dātā-patākā tomāra
uttama adhama kichu nā koilo bicāra

“Lord Nityānanda has a flag. That flag gives prema-bhakti, pure love and devotional service. He never discriminates whether one is uttama or adhama—most elevated or most degraded. He gives the gift of pure love and devotional service to one and all.”

Śrīla Guru Mahārāja, You are the flag-bearer of Nityānanda Prabhu’s mercy and compassion, spreading Kṛṣṇa consciousness far and wide. You devise ingenious ways to give mercy even to those who are not remotely interested in Kṛṣṇa consciousness. We are indeed recipients of such mercy through Your dear representatives who embody this mood. It is our immense good fortune to have come in touch with You and to have obtained shelter at Your divine lotus feet in this lifetime. May we always cherish this rare blessing and live our lives in a way worthy of it.

Śrīla Guru Mahārāja, I recently came across this quote from a lecture You gave in Śrīdhāma Māyāpur on March 4, 1993:

"Once somebody gets the taste, how we can live without Caitanya Mahāprabhu, how can we survive without that association?"

Your love for Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu is infectious—it induces in us a greed to taste even a drop of that same love. Śrīla Guru Mahārāja, please bless us that we may develop love for Lord Caitanya and His associates.

You often mention how Lord Caitanya’s līlā is manifest even today through the global preaching mission. Śrīla Guru Mahārāja, we deeply desire to participate in this līlā by assisting You in Your preaching efforts. Following Your instruction, we have been conducting kids’ classes here in Omaha, and we aspire to adopt the various congregational development programs that You have introduced and expand our preaching for Your pleasure.

Śrīla Guru Mahārāja, by Your personal example, You show us the importance of studying Śrīla Prabhupāda’s books and pursuing śāstric degrees. Drawing inspiration from You, we are currently studying Bhakti-vaibhava. We pray to follow in Your footsteps by reading Śrīla Prabhupāda’s books with utmost seriousness, transforming our own lives and sharing this wisdom with others.

Śrīla Guru Mahārāja, we have been the recipients of Your causeless mercy on countless occasions. We are always receiving but have not yet reciprocated sufficiently. We pray that we may overcome our innumerable anarthas and live a life of complete surrender, dedicating our body, mind, and words in Your service.

Please forgive us for all offenses we may have committed knowingly or unknowingly, and kindly keep us always under Your shelter.

Begging to remain Your eternal servants,
Divyaṅgī Lalitā devī dāsī
