My dear Guru Mahārāja,
Please accept my respectful obeisances unto your lotus feet.
All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda!
All glories to you, dear Guru Mahārāja!
I wish you a very happy 76th Vyāsa-pūjā! On this auspicious day, I pray to Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Gopīnātha and to Lord Narasiṁhadeva for your protection, good health, and long life. I would like to beg your forgiveness for the offenses I have committed, and I seek your mercy to be able to truly value the gift of Kṛṣṇa consciousness that you have given me and my family.
I want to thank you, dear Guru Mahārāja, for fulfilling a long-cherished desire. I am very grateful that I could finally visit Śrī Māyāpur-dhāma and have your darśana in January of this year. It was a blissful visit, filled with many realizations, and it was possible only because of your mercy. Please accept heartfelt thanks from me, my husband, my daughter, and my parents.
This past year was yet another one in which you faced health issues, and as always, you never let them affect your untiring, incessant, and glorious service to Śrīla Prabhupāda. That made me meditate on your strength. Materially speaking, strength may be gauged by a person’s physical abilities, but you teach us what true strength is. Your fearlessness in facing challenges, your tolerance—both physical and mental—your compassion for others irrespective of personal circumstances, and your ever-merciful nature—from you, I have learned that this is what true strength is.
Your complete dependence on Guru and Gaurāṅga shines through in everything you do, dear Guru Mahārāja, and I am grateful that someone so elevated as you has accepted a struggling soul like me as a disciple. Please bless me and my family to perform our sādhana and sevā with sincerity, love, and devotion, so that we may elevate our consciousness.
Thank you for your care, protection, and guidance, dear Guru Mahārāja. I pray for your grace to make myself worthy of the same.
Once again, wishing you a very happy, Kṛṣṇa conscious Vyāsa-pūjā.
With prayers for your well-being,
Your humble servant,
Premapriyā Rādhārāṇī Devī Dāsī
