Hare Kṛṣṇa Guru Mahārāja,
All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda. All glories to your auspicious appearance day.
Though I am not at all qualified to write a homage to you, I still dare to attempt—for the pleasure of Śrīla Prabhupāda and for my own purification.
I first had your divine darśana, Guru Mahārāja, in February 2024 at ISKCON Juhu, right in front of the beautiful Deities of Gaura and Nitāi. Since then, you have been my spiritual strength, Guru Mahārāja.
Right after that, I began to feel a deep attraction to Gaura and Nitāi. For the Gaura-pūrṇimā 2024 celebration in our congregation, I received the seva of directing a small play on Pañca-tattva—that was truly your mercy and blessing, Guru Mahārāja. Even for the Gaura-pūrṇimā festival in 2025, I am now working on a play about Jāhnavā Mātā, inspired by the lectures of Her Grace Nitaisevinī Mātājī. Please bless me, Guru Mahārāja, so that I may complete this play in a way that pleases you and Śrī Gaurāṅga Mahāprabhu.
As book distribution is one of the dearest services to your heart, that deeply inspired me to take part in Gītā Jayantī book distribution. By your mercy, I was able to participate in distributing books at various fairs and even at the railway station.
I am eagerly waiting—by your mercy—to one day visit Śrī Māyāpur Dhāma, where I have never been before, and to have your divine darśana there.
I am the most fallen soul, Guru Mahārāja, with no strength of my own to remain Kṛṣṇa conscious or to perform bhakti. But your mercy is boundless—like that of Nityānanda Prabhu—and that is what gives me hope to continue on this path. Please shower your mercy upon me, Guru Mahārāja, so that I may eternally serve you and Śrīla Prabhupāda.
Your aspiring disciple,
Aspiring for your service,
Disha
