Vyāsa-pūjā 2018

Puruṣottama Prasāda Dāsa (Dāmodara Deśa - Middle East)

oṁ ajñāna-timirāndhasya jñānāñjana-śalākayā
cakṣur unmīlitaṁ yena tasmai śrī-gurave namaḥ

"I offer my respectful obeisances unto my spiritual master, who has opened my eyes, which were blinded by the darkness of ignorance, with the torchlight of knowledge.

mukhaṁ karoti vācālaṁ panguṁ laṅghayate girim
yat kṛpā tam ahaṁ vande śrī-guruṁ dīna-tāraṇam

"I offer my respectful obeisances unto my spiritual master, the deliverer of the fallen souls. His mercy turns the dumb into eloquent speakers and enables the lame to cross mountains."

Guru Maharaja, kindly accept this humble offering at your holy feet.

Guru Mahraja Words are inadequate to describe your glories especially your Guru Bhakti, by witnessing your tireless preaching services and your compassion to save the suffering/ conditioned/ fallen souls and your enthusiasm to spread sankirtana movement and your great supports to complete the TOVP & Mayapur Institute projects, these all are just a gist of your unfathomable Guru bhakti to His Divine Grace A.C. BhaktiVedanta Swami Srila Prabhupada.

Guru Maharaja, your compassion toward us is a great witness that you are mercy personified of Lord Nitaynanda prabhu.  Your sincerity, enthusiasm to serve Srila Prabhupad and the determination to distribute Lord Caitnaya Mahaprabhu’s mercy to all the conditioned and the most fallen souls without any discrimination are indicating your unfathomable divine nature. This insignificant servant, just begging to have a few drops of such Guru Bhakti to serve & please you Guru Maharaja. Never realized before what’s Guru bhakti? (but theoretically aware of it, by hearing from kathas/ histories of devotees), but being exemplary and your dedicated life towards Srila prabhupad’s instructions and serving ISKCON Society for almost five decades, you taught us the real meaning of Guru Bhakti, it is our great fortune, your grace, that you have accepted the most unqualified as your disciple, where shall we have Such Merciful personified other than you Guru Maharaja?

Begging at your holy feet pray that your grace always keep us at your divine shelter that we should always be with association of Pure devotees and not to commit any mistakes/offenses even unintentionally and to practice our daily sadhana in the mood of “ Trinad api sunicena taror api sahisnuna amanina maanadena kirtaniya sada Hari”. seeking your blessings to engage this servant’s body, words and mind in your services to please your grace and the disciples of Srila Prabhupad and services of Hari katha/ Hari nama Sankirtana to public and devotees which alone can save the people from all sufferings in this kaliyuga.

Guru Maharaja, we always beg at your lotus feet to provide us the Spiritual Strength that we all God Brothers & God sisters will serve together to receive your causeless mercy and to spread the glories of Krishna Consciousness every part of the world from hamlets to metropolis as your victory flags may spread all the continents on earth and fulfill Sri Caitanya MahaPrabhu's Instructions & Prophecy.

It was my great fortune to participate in Bhisma pancaka Vrata during kartik month 2017 at Sridham Mayapur, We are always aspiring to enrich the divine qualities by your mercy and deepen in devotional services to follow your footsteps. (By your blessings had the opportunity to distribute more than 4000 small books during cousin’s marriages). Gurudeva, begging for your mercy to empower us to distribute more and more Srila Prabhupada Books in near future by following your footsteps and please Srila Prabhupada and Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu.

Guru Maharaja On this most auspicious occasion of your Holiness 69th Vyasa Pooja, pleading at your lotus feet to keep us always at your shelter and shower your causeless mercy, guidance and blessings to please you, Srila Prabhupad and our Vaishnava Acharyas and the dear devotees of Supreme Lord Krishna.
