Vyāsa-pūjā 2021

Harshita Sharma (New Delhi - Rohini - India)

Hare Krishna my dear Guru Maharaja.

Please kindly accept my respectful obeisances unto your lotus feet.

All glories to you! All glories to Srila Prabhuapda!

All glories to your auspicious appearance day!

Dear Guru Maharaja, indeed it is the most benevolent day for us, your appearance day. You are the cloud that is unlimitedly pouring torrents of mercy incessantly. During this corona lockdown, you have found this unique way of giving us mercy through your zoom darshans, entering our homes, letting us honour your maha prasadam everyday, which otherwise it would have been very difficult for me to honour. You are more eager to bestow your mercy than we are to receive it dear Gurudeva. You are the all powerful Vaisnava Thakur. There is no limit to what you can do, indeed it has been seen time and again. You are saving me every time through your darshans and blessings.

Dear Guru Maharaja, after innumerable lifetimes, I feel I have finally, by Krishna’s causeless mercy, found my eternal shelter in your lotus feet. Now, I wish to stick to them eternally, and be your bona fide servant, serving you unlimitedly, constantly and with every single thing I have been bestowed with. I desire to develop unflinching faith in them, and although I am completely bewildered, pathetic and full of anarthas, I desire to be a bona fide puppet in your hands to spread the chanting and glories of the holy name and distribute your mercy anywhere and everywhere you desire.

When I, fortunately, had your darshan for the first time at Delhi Airport when you came at January end in 2020, I was amazed and wowed to see your love for your disciples. Now, I think about it and realize it was what attracted me to you, and I also wanted to be a recipient of your unlimited love and causeless mercy dear Gurudeva. Soon after, by Srila Prabhupada’s mercy, I became your aspiring spiritual daughter.

I once asked you “You say there is a heart to heart connection between disciple and spiritual master. What is the relationship with your aspiring disciples?” and you replied, “If you are fully in the mood of a disciple, why won’t there be a heart to heart connection.” I wish to develop and live by that mood and connection and be your bona fide eternal servant. So, I think I am trying to make tiny attempts to serve you, and every day I pray to serve you unlimitedly Guru Maharaja.

With your causeless mercy, I have been given the chance to serve as a servant leader in a new online bhakti vriksha at our temple and am trying to run 2 Bhagavad-gita groups (Hindi and English) where I try to post one shloka every day and try to connect new people. Also, with your inspiration and desire that all devotees read Srila Prabhupada’s books, I am trying to regulate myself and inspire other devotees as well.

I eagerly wait for that one day of my existence when you will formally accept me as your spiritual daughter and make me eternally indebted to your Divine Grace. Please kindly accept me very soon, and reside in my heart always, dispelling all doubts, and kindly bless me with all the required qualifications for being your sad-sisya and attaining the eternal unalloyed service at the lotus feet of Sri Sri Radha Shyamasundar.

sri-guru karuna-sindhu, adhama janara bandhu

ha ha prabhu kora doya, deho more pada chaya

Aspiring to be your eternal bona fide servant
