My dear Guru Maharaj,

Please accept my humble respectful obeisance unto your lotus feet.

All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

You are very dear to Lord Krishna and Srila Prabhupada.

I am like the dust of your lotus feet.

Although I possess no qualification and quality to receive your endless mercy, still you gave me initiation at holy place of Sridham Mayapur on the auspicious occasion of Gaura Purnima Festival 2011 and thus rescued this fallen soul. At that time, I committed to assist you in fulfilling Prabhupada’s mission. But I got entangled in fulfilling my material and lusty desire and hence could not fulfil my commitment properly. However, you continued to shower your causeless mercy upon me owing to the love and affection you have for your every child. You are always going through various sorts of difficulties due to unqualified person like me. You are affected by different types of diseases but still you are continuing your preaching and other activities in order to please and serve Srila Prabhupada. As a disciple, I fall short of words to express my gratitude to you. I am drinking your blood just as a spider drinks of her mother but still you are bearing me. I do not know whether I will survive or not from my upcoming hellish life and how should I repent for the offences I made. I always tend to forget you due to my carelessness, but I know that you always try to keep me connected with you by delivering numerous classes and lectures.

Therefore, on this auspicious 72nd Vyasa Puja, I want your instruction, guidance and most importantly your blessings and mercy so that I can dedicate my worthless life to the service of Srila Prabhupada. I am completely assured by the fact that your mercy can change my life.

Your loving son,

Nilambara Rama Das
