Vyāsa-pūjā 2023

Bandhu Baladeva Dāsa (Mayapur - India)

Dear Gurudeva,

Please accept my humble obeisances. It is very difficult for me to glorify your qualities and personality, whenever I see you or hear Your Divine voice, I can feel that I am standing in front of the vast ocean of qualities. The most wonderful quality is that you are ever most merciful and compassionate to all the fallen conditioned souls, recently I have learnt the meaning of conditioned soul, which means “one who has a particular nature and doesn’t want to give up their nature”.

I can now claim myself that I am the most disobedient son of Kṛṣṇa. I have suffered very little though I deserve more for enjoying separately from Kṛṣṇa. But you saved me, Because of your strong vow “to save the fallen soul”. You never left me alone and you have saved me and protected me from the greatest danger.

Although I am not directly engaged in serving you personally I can on a daily basis feel your presence by the very fact of my limited sufferings towards my unlimited sins. You blessed me and my wife with your causeless mercy by accepting us as your disciples. We heard about the troubles you undergo on a daily basis to maintain the Sadhana amidst your tight schedule.

Please Guru Mahārāja, instruct me, chastise me for my many offences and guide me to become a better servant of all the living entities. Just as Lord Kṛṣṇa’s glories are unlimited, so are Your Divine glories. For a dull minded person, I am, it would take many lifetimes for me to properly glorify you.

Therefore, on your appearance day I beg to Lord Śrī Narasiṁhadeva for your health and wellbeing, I then beg Lord Śrī Nityānanda Mahāprabhu and all the Vaiṣṇavas, please bless me to serve you in whatever capacity I can.

Thank you Gurudeva for your causeless and ceaseless mercy on this conditioned soul.

Your most fallen children,

Bandhu Baladeva Dāsa
