Vyāsa-pūjā 2024

Ujjvala Vraja-līlā devī dāsī (Brampton - Canada)

Hare Kṛṣṇa Dearest Guru Mahārāj!

Please accept my respectful obeisances at your lotus feet! All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda! All glories to you on your auspicious appearance day!

On the occasion of your auspicious 75th Vyāsa-pūjā day, my heart is filled with immense gratitude and devotion. I offer my prayers to Their Lordships Śrī Śrī Rādhā Mādhava, Śrī Narasiṁha Bhagavān, and Śrī Śrī Gaura Nitāi, entreating for their divine blessings upon you. May They keep you in robust health and grant you a long and prosperous life on this earthly plane. In this way, degraded souls like myself may continue to reap the immense benefits of your glorious association, guiding us on the path of spiritual upliftment.

Your presence in our lives is a beacon of light, guiding us on the path of spiritual awakening. I wish to express my deepest respect and appreciation. Your teachings have been a source of inspiration, providing profound insights that have transformed my life. Your unwavering dedication to the principles of love, compassion, and devotion has been a guiding force for countless souls. Your selfless service to the global community is a testament to your divine purpose.

On this special day, I offer my heartfelt thanks for the spiritual wisdom you have graciously shared with us. Your guidance has been a constant source of strength, helping us navigate the challenges of life with grace and resilience. May your divine presence continue to bless us with the light of knowledge and the warmth of love. We also celebrate the profound impact you have had on our spiritual journey.

I am profoundly grateful to be your spiritual daughter, guided and protected by your wisdom and compassion. On July 2, 2022, I faced the heartbreaking loss of my only child in a road accident, a year after my first initiation. Your counsel on the necessary steps for my son's final rites in India provided solace, and through your divine guidance, I have found unparalleled spiritual strength.

Your boundless magnanimity, mercy, and compassion have been my refuge, allowing me to navigate the pain with a sense of purpose. With your blessings, I diligently complete all my rounds with some extras for your good health, delve into the teachings of Caitanya Caritāmṛta, Bhagavad-gītā, and Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam, and actively engage in various services, including book distribution, śloka recitation classes, and Bhakti vriksha.

Having completed Bhakti Sastri, I currently contribute to the teaching of Bhakti Sastri – Teens at ISKCON Brampton. Serving as the lead in Sunday School management for children aged 5 to 14, I am committed to nurturing their spiritual growth. Additionally, I conduct online Bhakti-vṛkṣa with another devotee for about six participants. Currently serving in various capacities such as Sunday School, Vedic education, Communication, Book distribution, Cooking and Prasadam sevā at the ISKCON Brampton center.

Yearning to deepen my commitment to your mission, I humbly seek your blessings for second initiation. This step signifies my dedication to undertaking additional responsibilities and vows concerning personal conduct, study, and service. With your guidance, I aspire to serve you to the best of my abilities, contributing to the Hari Nama Saṅkīrtana movement and spreading awareness of your glorious mission.

I earnestly pray for your continued mercy on this fallen soul, guiding me in my sādhana and services. Grant me the opportunity to participate more fully in your divine mission.

May your life be filled with divine blessings, and may we continue to walk the path of devotion under your loving guidance.

In eternal gratitude,

Your insignificant spiritual daughter,

Ujjvala Vraja-līlā devī dāsī
