My dearest Gurudeva,

I would like to start by thanking you unlimitedly for accepting me a very sinful soul and giving me shelter at your lotus feet. It is only due to your causeless mercy that I am able to even utter the holy names of the Lord. With lots of excitement, I am thinking of taking Dīkṣā from you in Māyāpur before Gaura Pūrṇimā. I plead at your lotus feet to please accept me as your disciple. Please help me remove all the anarthas in my heart mainly envy and anger. Please give me the strength to serve you better, and help you in your mission of preaching the Lords holy name throughout the world.

Śrīla Prabhupāda in his homage to Śrīla Bhaktisiddhānta Sarasvatī Ṭhākura wrote the following,

When will the day come when a temple will be established in every house in every corner of the world?

When will the high-court judge be Gauḍīya Vaiṣṇava with tilaka beautifully decorating his forehead?

When will a Vaiṣṇava winning vote be elected president of the land and preaching be spread everywhere?

Reading Śrīla Prabhupāda's homage to his Guru Mahārāja, I truly felt how gloriously you are thriving to fulfill Śrīla Prabhupāda's dreams. And the opening of the Narasiṁha Wing in Temple of Vedic Planetarium is proof of your struggles. Please enlighten me on what my service can be in ISKCON, and how I can contribute to the mission. I always want to remain in the service of you and Śrīla Prabhupāda.

your humble servant

Saathvika Prasad
