Vyāsa-pūjā 2024

Sudevīrāṇī Devī Dāsī (Śyāma Deśa - Middle East)

My Dear Spiritual Father,

Please accept my respectful obeisances at Your lotus feet. All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda! All glories to our very very dear Guru Mahārāja!

Wishing You a very happy, blissful Vyāsa-pūjā!

From the very first time I had your darśana, you showered me with such genuine care that it made me want to believe in the supreme source of unlimited care and affection. Even today, when circumstances have changed and I seldom get Your divine association, Your care and mercy keep pouring into my insignificant life.

I am not able to visit Your Holiness like before. However, I was blessed to come to India in February to get Your darśana in Juhu after one year. To meet You is so blissful; I feel so happy. Seeing and feeling Your golden effulgent and warm heart always gives me many realizations. I yearn for Your association always, and every day, I meditate on Your Holiness and think about how Your Holiness guided me from day one.

Despite Your busy schedule, Your Holiness sees that we are getting Your association through mail, online classes, and the app.

Thank you so much, Guru Mahārāja, for always keeping me under your divine care. With all my limitations and inabilities, I know I have nowhere to go. I am a spiritually bankrupt person to have nothing to offer You. I sincerely pray, Gurudeva, that I may imbibe one bit of the mood that you exemplify so that I can serve Śrīla Prabhupāda and his divine family in a manner that would be befitting someone who belongs to you.

I need you; We need you to stay with us for many more years to come, to train us further, to love us further, and to prove to you further that you have invested in the right people. Guru Mahārāja, we have no hope other than begging and getting more and more of your personal mercy.

Therefore, we beg you to please keep your merciful glance upon us so we can get a drop of taste for rendering devotional service. May the Lord grant me everything that I need to make my spiritual master entirely pleased with me and remove everything in me that causes even a slight disappointment to my master, for without you, I have no meaning. You are the light of my life.

Thank you, Guru Mahārāja, for helping clear some of the dust in my contaminated heart. I promise to live up to the standards of spiritual existence that you always try to educate us in.

Please bless me so that I can keep my vow.

Your most worthless daughter,

Sudevīrāṇī Devī Dāsī
