All glories to Guru and Gaurāṅga!
All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda!
All glories to your divine lotus feet!
Please accept my respectful obeisances unto your divine lotus feet.

As I look back on my journey, I realize that the greatest blessing in my life was receiving initiation from you. That sacred moment took place in the holy land of Śrīdhāma Māyāpur on December 29, 2024. I am eternally grateful for this opportunity and for your boundless mercy, which has given me a new life. Without it, I do not know where I would be today. You have granted me a second chance, and for that, I will remain forever indebted to you.

Gurudeva, I would like to share a story with you.

There were two birds living on a branch. The first bird was restless, mischievous, and never caring about anything. The second bird, calm and silent, simply observed the actions of the first bird, feeling concern but never reacting. Then, one day, by some great fortune, the first bird invited a third bird onto the branch. To its surprise, the third bird spoke to it with kindness and wisdom. The little restless bird, who had always wandered aimlessly in its own world, suddenly found immense joy in this new presence.

Gurudeva, I am that little restless bird, and you are my third bird—my guide, my protector, my savior. And we all know who the second bird is.

In my childhood, I loved watching stage dramas, especially those depicting the pastimes of Lord Kṛṣṇa. There was always a role called "Kṛṣṇa," filled with profound dialogues and scriptural verses. But then, at a key moment in the play, the announcer would declare, "Now, the second Kṛṣṇa enters the scene," and the audience understood that this second Kṛṣṇa was not the original, but was there to assist in carrying forward the divine play.

Gurudeva, in my life, you are that second Kṛṣṇa—entering at just the right moment to uplift me, to protect me, and to guide me toward my true purpose. Thank you for being my second Kṛṣṇa.

A soulmate is not merely a spouse or a romantic companion. A true soulmate is one who cares for the soul itself, guiding it back to its eternal home. Gurudeva, you are my real soulmate—the one who nurtures my soul with divine wisdom and love.

You have given me the dīkṣā name Parama Bhagavata Gadādhara Dāsa, and with it, I feel a deep sense of responsibility to preach Kṛṣṇa consciousness. However, my health presents many challenges on this path. Yet, I always draw inspiration from you—your unwavering dedication, your refusal to give up, no matter the circumstances.

Gurudeva, please bless me with the strength and determination to continue serving with sincerity and devotion, despite any obstacles that come my way.

Your insignificant servant,
Parama Bhāgavata Gadādhara Dāsa
