Vyāsa-pūjā 2025

Subhadā Śacī Devī Dāsī (Gaurāṅga Deśa - Middle East)

Hare Kṛṣṇa, Guru Mahārāja,

Please accept my respectful obeisances unto your lotus feet. All glories to you, Śrīla Prabhupāda and Gaurāṅga!

Thank you, Guru Mahārāja, for your causeless mercy upon me.

By your mercy, I have joined the prasādam committee in our yātrā and am learning through service to the devotees. I am also taking Bālotsava classes for 13 children. It is very blissful to teach children, though at times it is a bit challenging, especially with senior children. I wish to learn games to teach them in an engaging way. I also need the help of other māthajīs to guide the children in discipline.

I am facilitating Bhakti-vṛkṣa classes for around four to five māthajīs. They each have some obstacles in their journey, mainly that their husbands are not inclined toward Kṛṣṇa consciousness. Please bless these Bhakti-vṛkṣa māthajīs and the Bālotsava parents to progress in Kṛṣṇa consciousness.

Only by your mercy, I was able to organize a cultural drama with the children for a festival. Śaṅkarī Māthajī kindly came forward to help. Śānti Māthajī is helping with Bhakti-vṛkṣa by regularly giving references from your lectures. Thank you for your great mercy, Guru Mahārāja. Please bestow your mercy upon Śānti Māthajī so she may take full shelter of Guru and Gaurāṅga.

Golokesvarī Māthajī is leading the Bhāgavatam reading group, and by her guidance, I am able to participate and read with the devotees. She is helping me stay focused on chanting and Kṛṣṇa consciousness, rather than being troubled by family matters.

My brother Swāmināthan lost his wife last year. He has three children and is currently not behaving normally. He is emotionally disturbed and hurting others with his words. I humbly beg your forgiveness on his behalf for any offenses committed, and I beg your causeless mercy to help him lead a Kṛṣṇa conscious life hereafter.

My husband, Bhagavān Bālajī Dāsa, is facing a difficult time at his workplace. Despite receiving awards, having qualifications, and maintaining a good reputation, he has not received any promotions for several years. Please bless him and our family to continue our service in Gaurāṅgadeśa Yātrā or wherever Kṛṣṇa may take us.

Our son Ādarśa aspires to study medicine, and our daughter Akṣayā wants to pursue postgraduate studies in neuropsychology in the UK or Europe. Please bless them both to become sincere and submissive devotees.

I pray to become more systematic, organized, and sincere in all my services. Sācī Jananī Māthajī is kindly guiding me. Please bless me to effectively balance my services and responsibilities toward my brother, children, mother, and in-laws, all in Kṛṣṇa consciousness.

Our yātrā leader, H.G. Śrīraṅga Kṛṣṇa Prabhu, is very merciful and kind to us. I pray to stay here in a humble and submissive mood, serving nicely.

I also humbly request your mercy for my mother, Uṣā Bālarāman. Please bless her with Kṛṣṇa conscious association and accept her as your disciple soon. I offer the same prayer for my father-in-law, Śrī Muthu Nārāyaṇan.

Every day, I chant two rounds with my aunt, Durga Lakṣmī, who is also sincere. I request your blessings for her children, Śrīrām and Śivāpriyā, for a successful marriage soon.

I need to improve my sādhana and inspire more souls in Kṛṣṇa consciousness. Please continue to shower your causeless mercy upon us. Only by your mercy am I able to do whatever little I am doing—I have no qualification of my own. Please forgive me and uplift me.

I also have a heartfelt desire to read Bhāgavatam with my family, as they are not reading alone. Please bless me to realize this.

Guru Mahārāja, we also request your kind guidance to choose names for our Deities—Gaura-Nitāi and Rādhā-Mādhava. Please also guide us regarding where we can settle in India after my husband's retirement.

I am praying for your good health and long life. When I hear your lectures, I feel very nourished. When you are sick and unable to give class, I feel deep separation.

Thanking you from the bottom of my heart. Please guide me always to advance in Kṛṣṇa consciousness and to preach more and more.

Your eternal humble servant,
Subhadā Sācī Devī Dāsī
