Hare Kṛṣṇa
My dear spiritual father, His Holiness Jayapatākā Swami Guru Mahārāja, ki jaya!
Śrīla Prabhupāda ki jaya!
Gaurāṅga ki jaya!
Guru Mahārāja, please accept my humble and respectful obeisances unto Your divine lotus feet.
"All glories to Your auspicious appearance day!"
All glories to Your 76th Śrī Vyāsa-pūjā Mahāmahotsava!
"Wishing You a happy Kṛṣṇa conscious appearance day, Guru Mahārāja!"
Dear Guru Mahārāja, You are so kind and so merciful. You have accepted me as Your disciple and spiritual son. I am most fortunate to have received Your shelter—this has been possible only by Your causeless mercy.
You are the living representative of Śrīla Prabhupāda. You have appeared in this material world to deliver fallen souls like me, bringing us back to our eternal home, Goloka Vṛndāvana, reconnecting us with the Supreme Personality of Godhead. You remain here in this material world only out of Your divine compassion, and I am so sorry that Your body undergoes suffering. However, You are always engaged in the pastimes of Śrī Caitanya Mahāprabhu, beyond all material conditions.
Guru Mahārāja, if it is possible, please bless me with the opportunity to serve You personally, even for just one day, in this lifetime. This can only be possible by Your kind mercy.
I hear the pastimes You have performed with devotees through JSSS (Jayapatākā Swami Śiṣya Samūha), where they share their experiences of Your divine association. It gives me immense joy to hear about Your wonderful pastimes with devotees.
There is no meaning to this human life without Guru and Kṛṣṇa—I have realized this.
Gurudeva, I regularly listen to Your lectures through social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, and the Jayapatākā Swami Mobile App. I daily pray to Tulasī-devī, Lord Narasiṁhadeva, and Lord Gaurāṅga, offering one extra round of chanting and four Tulasī parikramās for Your good health. I am trying my best to strictly follow Your instructions.
However, Gurudeva, I struggle to chant attentively. Although I complete my sixteen rounds daily, I often find myself chanting mechanically. Please forgive me and bestow Your causeless mercy upon me so that I can chant attentively, with full devotion.
On this most auspicious occasion of Your appearance day, I beg forgiveness for any offenses I may have knowingly or unknowingly committed. Please bless me so that I may progress in Kṛṣṇa consciousness, serve You, serve Śrīla Prabhupāda, and serve Lord Gaurāṅga.
Guru Mahārāja, I humbly beg for Your kind mercy upon my wife, Saralā Hari-priyā Devī Dāsī, my daughter, Hansikā (18 years old, who has completed her 12th exams and is now entering engineering college), and my son, Joṣṇav (12 years old), who has completed reading the Bhagavad-gītā and Rāmāyaṇa storybooks and is now beginning small book diploma courses. They are very enthusiastic about chanting the Mahā-mantra.
Thank You, Guru Mahārāja. I love You.
Hare Kṛṣṇa!
Jaya Gurudeva! Daṇḍavat-pranāma!
Your servant of the servant of the servant of the servant,
Subhānanda Mukunda Dāsa
