Shivangi ( - India)

Hare Kṛṣṇa.
Dandavat Praṇām, Guru Mahārāja.

Dear Guru Mahārāja,

As a new devotee, I have just begun to learn about your glorious service and boundless mercy. Your unwavering dedication to Śrīla Prabhupāda’s mission and your compassion for all souls inspire me deeply. Though I am only beginning my spiritual journey, I feel blessed to know about you and to receive your teachings. I humbly pray for your mercy and guidance in my life so that I may progress in Kṛṣṇa consciousness and serve sincerely.

Your mercy knows no bounds, Guru Mahārāja. You have accepted and initiated so many devotees, uplifting fallen souls like me and giving us the opportunity to serve Śrīla Prabhupāda’s mission. Despite our shortcomings, you shower us with kindness and guide us on the path of devotion. Your contributions to Śrīla Prabhupāda’s Food for Life mission—ensuring that no one goes hungry and that prasādam reaches thousands—are a true testament to your compassionate heart.

When I first saw your divine CARAṆA PADUKĀ, never did I imagine in my dreams that I would be accepted by you. You are such a great devotee of Bhagavān, and I am simply too fallen. But you are so merciful that you had already accepted this unworthy soul. I felt the weight of my impurities but also the hope that, by your blessings, I could transform my life in Kṛṣṇa consciousness.

Guru Mahārāja, I want to dedicate myself to serving you in every possible way, to always act in a way that brings you happiness. It is my sincere desire to offer my best efforts in devotional service so that you will be pleased to see my progress.

I also beg for your forgiveness, Guru Mahārāja. I know I have many bad habits and imperfections, but I am committed to working on them every day so that I can become a more sincere and qualified servant. Please bless me so that I may overcome these anarthas and engage in service that truly pleases you and Śrīla Prabhupāda.

Your humble servant,
Shivangi
