Hare Kṛṣṇa, dear Śrīla Guru Mahārāja,
Please accept my humble and respectful obeisances at your lotus feet.
All glories to A.C. Bhaktivedānta Swami Śrīla Prabhupāda!
All glories to your auspicious appearance day, Śrīla Gurudeva!

I offer my respectful obeisances unto His Holiness Jayapatākā Swāmī Guru Mahārāja, who is very dear to Lord Kṛṣṇa on this earth, having taken full shelter at His lotus feet.
I offer obeisances to my glorious spiritual master, Śrīla Ācāryapāda, who has delivered all the towns and villages by the mercy of Śrīman Nityānanda Prabhu and who has given us the nectar of the glories of Śrī Gaurāṅga and the holy dhāmas in Śrī Gauḍa-maṇḍala-bhūmi.
Today, on your most auspicious and divine appearance day, I pray to Śrīla Prabhupāda, Śrī Śrī Rādhā Mādhava and aṣṭa-sakhī vṛnda, Śrī Śrī Prahlāda-Nṛsiṁha, Śrī Śrī Pañca-tattva, and Śrī Śrī Māyāpur Candra for your good health and long life.
My dearest Śrīla Gurudeva, how can I glorify you?
You are the dearest servant of Śrīla Prabhupāda.
You are the intimate associate of Lord Nityānanda.
Even if I had thousands of months, I would still not find a single word sufficient to glorify you.
I don’t have any qualifications by which I can glorify you. So I humbly beg you—please bless me with pure intelligence, so that I may glorify you from a place of sincerity and truth.
My dearest spiritual master, I cannot see any good qualities in myself, yet despite my thousands of bad qualities, you have kindly accepted me as your disciple. This is because you are the only one who can free me from the darkness of ignorance and shed the light of devotional knowledge in my life.
You can save me from the ocean of this material world. You can fill my life with the ocean of devotion and place me at the lotus feet of Kṛṣṇa.
Śrīla Gurudeva, I cannot even imagine my life without your mercy. I need your mercy to advance in devotion. I need your mercy to serve Kṛṣṇa throughout my life. All of this is not possible without your grace.
I will always try to serve you with 100% sincerity, despite my imperfections. But still, I do not know how to properly serve you. I pray at your lotus feet, as your spiritual daughter, to please bless me with the intelligence and strength to serve you.
Even with all my faults and inabilities, you accepted me and gave me life’s true goal. You gave me so much love and care.
So please, bless me so that by your mercy, I may gradually remove my imperfections and serve you with pure intelligence. Please accept me as your eternal spiritual daughter.
The scriptures declare that the ultimate goal of life is to serve the spiritual master. I may not yet be capable of fully doing that, but still I want to try my best. If I have made any mistakes due to my imperfections, please forgive me, Gurudeva. Please bless me to strictly follow all the rules and regulations throughout my life.
On this most sacred and auspicious appearance day, I offer this humble glorification of your transcendental qualities—and I also beg your forgiveness.
Your servant,
Preeti
