My dear Guru Mahārāja,
Please accept my respectful obeisances at your lotus feet!
All glories to Your Divine Grace!
All glories to your auspicious appearance day!
All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda!
All glories to the previous ācāryas!
All glories to Śrī Gauraṅga and Śrī Nityānanda!
Thanks to the infinite mercy of the Pañca-tattva, of Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Mādhava, of Lord Nṛsiṁhadeva, and to your blessings, my husband and I are finally at Śrī Māyāpur Dhāma!
To see you every day, to hear your voice, and finally to be able to search for your gaze in the midst of the crowd of devotees that always surrounds you—after all these years of being far from you with the doubt of ever meeting you somewhere—is the most beautiful gift I could have received. Wherever I turn, there are brothers and sisters talking about you, about your glories, about the many services you are carrying out for our dear Śrīla Prabhupāda, and about how you are dedicated, day after day, hour after hour, to the service of the TOVP and to bringing to light the holy places of Lord Caitanya.
I see you every day, growing more and more tired, yet more and more determined not to let your health affect your service. Out of love for your disciples, who worry about you, you eventually allow your body a few minutes of rest, but you continue relentlessly.
Thank you, Guru Mahārāja, for being a constant example of dedication and devotion for me and for all of us. Thank you for welcoming me at your lotus feet. Thank you again for saving me in a very difficult and confusing time. Thank you for the infinite patience you have for this conditioned soul, who still makes gross mistakes at every step.
Eternally indebted to you,
Mohinī Raṇī Devī Dāsī (dīkṣā)
