Please accept my respectful obeisance unto the dust of your lotus feet.
All glories to you. All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda.
My Dear Father,
It is a very rare privilege and an honour to be able to write an offering unto the most elevated and merciful person on this planet. I don’t even have enough qualification to address you, then what to speak about writing to you. Whatever I may write is very insignificant, for the sevā that you are doing for Śrīla Prabhupāda is of paramount importance, despite your health condition. You’re truly inspiring me to take up more and more sevā.
My most beloved Gurumahārāja,
You are a living example for every sincere disciple, only that I’m not sincere enough and have an earnest desire to be more so, with each passing day. You have taught us so many lessons through your living. But I find it so very difficult to learn and follow you, Guru Mahārāja. Please bless me and give me enough intelligence to come out of my ignorance.
Hare Kṛṣṇa, Gurumahārāja. By your mercy, myself and my prabhu have got the opportunity to read Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam and Caitanya-caritāmṛta along with devotees.
Because of your causeless mercy only, we have got our grandchild Jishnu for our daughter Jayasrī Ānandamayī devī dāsī and Ānanda-sindhu Jagannātha dāsa. We beg you for your causeless mercy to be bestowed upon us, Gurumahārāja. By your mercy, may every one of us serve you eternally. We wish our son, Bhakta Sanjīv, who is your aspiring devotee, should get your shelter very soon, Mahārāja.
By your causeless mercy, my father Rāmamūrti and my mother Tirupurasundarī have got shelter under your lotus feet.
By your mercy, I am reading Śrīla Prabhupāda's books, and I wish to come out of my anarthas. Please bless us all to associate with and serve the Vaiṣṇavas and receive their benedictions.
By your mercy, we have a children's class and a few children are learning Bhagavad-gītā ślokas. Please bless us, Gurumahārāja, that we should bring more and more conditioned souls to your lotus feet. By bringing more souls, we also get a little purification.
We don’t have any qualifications or qualities to speak or preach to bring others into Kṛṣṇa consciousness. Only because of your mercy can we do this, Gurumahārāja.
Our desire is that we want to serve you eternally, Gurumahārāja. Please fulfill our desire.
My father has fallen down and is bedridden. Please bless my father and mother to remember Kṛṣṇa, chant the holy name, and engage in devotional service.
Our sincere desire is that my prabhu Rāmarūpa Gaura dāsa, my son Sanjīv, my son-in-law Ānanda-sindhu Jagannātha dāsa, daughter Jayasrī Ānandamayī devī dāsī, and grandchild Jishnu—all should engage in your service eternally.
Our desire is that my sister Durgālakṣmī and her husband Rāman should get shelter under your lotus feet soon, Guru Mahārāja.
We should do devotional service and serve your lotus feet eternally.
Koṭi koṭi respectful obeisances unto your lotus feet.
Your daughter,
Hemasundarī Gaurāṅgī devī dāsī
