Dear Guru Mahārāja,
Please accept our most respectful obeisances at your divine lotus feet. All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda! All glories to you, Śrīla Gurudeva! All glories to your auspicious appearance day!
On this most sacred occasion of your 76th Vyāsa-pūjā, we, Sādhu Caitanya Dāsa and Hemasundarī Rādhikā Devī Dāsī, bow down in gratitude and reverence, searching for the right words to express our deep appreciation for you. Yet, no words can truly capture the ocean of mercy that you so tirelessly distribute to all souls like us, regardless of our qualifications.
Guru Mahārāja, your life is the very definition of surrender. From the moment you met Śrīla Prabhupāda, you have dedicated every breath, every ounce of your energy, to fulfilling his mission. Your unwavering commitment to spreading Kṛṣṇa consciousness has not only shaped ISKCON but has also transformed the lives of countless devotees, including ours.
Despite numerous challenges—whether physical, managerial, or personal—you have never wavered. Your determination is a living example of what it means to serve with full dependence on Guru and Gaurāṅga. Even in the face of severe health struggles, you continue to travel, preach, and guide disciples worldwide, tirelessly ensuring that Śrīla Prabhupāda’s vision is carried forward. How can we ever begin to repay such boundless mercy?
Guru Mahārāja, you have instilled in us the understanding that service to the spiritual master is the highest blessing. Yet, we know that we are full of faults and shortcomings. Please forgive our offenses, Guru Mahārāja. We pray that you continue to bless and guide us so that we may always remain instruments at your lotus feet, engaged in fulfilling Śrīla Prabhupāda’s instructions to you.
Your love and dedication to Śrīdhāma Māyāpur, the congregational preaching mission, and the welfare of all devotees inspire us to deepen our own commitment to service. Your heart overflows with compassion for every living being, and we are humbled to have received even a small drop of that mercy.
On this sacred day, we reaffirm our commitment to serve your mission more, with the blessings of your divine grace. We continue to pray to Their Lordships for your good health and long life. May we always remain faithful servants, striving to assist in your mission with sincerity, humility, and devotion.
Thank you, Guru Mahārāja, for being the guiding light in our lives.
Your eternally aspiring servants,
Sādhu Caitanya Dāsa and Hemasundarī Rādhikā Devī Dāsī
