Vyāsa-pūjā 2025

Susakhā Mukunda Dāsa ( - India)

Dear Guru Mahārāja,

Please accept my respectful obeisances unto your lotus feet. On this auspicious occasion of your 76th Vyāsa-pūjā, I feel blessed to have the opportunity to glorify my Guru Mahārāja—a spiritual warrior of Śrīla Prabhupāda.

Guru Mahārāja, from the very first day I saw you until today, you have constantly bestowed your causeless mercy and blessings upon me—whatever the situation may be. Whether it was my initiation, selecting a partner, marriage ceremony, my wife’s initiation, my child’s birth, naming ceremony, or of course, the annaprāśana ceremony—for which we recently visited Śrīdhāma Māyāpur—you were always there for us. Guru Mahārāja, although we arrived late and the annaprāśana ceremony was already over, you still gave us time from your tight schedule and made the ceremony happen for our child. We truly cannot forget that day in our entire life. Remembering it again and again always fills us with immense joy, surrender, and love toward your divine grace.

Guru Mahārāja, you are an ocean of qualities. However, just as a sparrow cannot cross the ocean, similarly I am not capable of describing all your qualities. Still, the qualities that attract me the most are: your dedication to the TOVP mission, your loving care for devotees, your affection for all—whether disciples or not—and your powerful commitment to carrying and fulfilling the orders of Śrīla Prabhupāda with 200% energy and determination.

Guru Mahārāja, your mercy upon us is unlimited. Yet in return, I have not paid anything back. On this Vyāsa-pūjā day, I sincerely promise you that I will try my level best to make you happy by following your instructions as my life and soul.

Lastly, I beg you to kindly forgive my offenses committed at your lotus feet, knowingly or unknowingly, and please bless this fallen soul so that I may contribute something meaningful to your mission.

Your insignificant servant,
Susakhā Mukunda Dāsa
