Please accept our most humble obeisances at your lotus feet. All glories to Your Divine Grace.
Śrīla Prabhupāda, standing here today, looking back at this past year in Simhachalam, we feel a mixture of exhaustion, gratitude, and something deeper – a quiet certainty that somehow, despite all our limitations, you are still carrying everything forward.
This year tested us.
Especially our summer season: six continuous weeks of festivals, one flowing into the next, like waves that never paused to let us breathe. Kirtan, cooking, organizing, welcoming guests, cleaning, guiding, serving … again and again, day after day. At some point, we stopped asking, “Can we still do this?” and simply continued.
Our devotees were tired, truly tired. Bodies weak, minds stretched … But at the same time, hearts full. Because somehow, in that intensity, your presence became more real.
We saw it in the kirtans that lifted us when we had no strength left. We saw it in the smiles of guests who had come for the first time. We saw it in the way devotees kept showing up, even when there was nothing left to give.
And after this intense summer, although there was never a complete break – as there is always something unfolding at Simhachalam – you guided us into a season of reorganization.
In the autumn we were able to step back, clean up, restructure, and regain clarity. At the same time, a new temple council was established and then expanded, bringing in additional experienced devotees into the leadership. This newly formed team creates greater stability, shared responsibility, and continuity in guiding Simhachalam forward.
And now, in the spring of 2026, we find ourselves again in your service – but this time with renewed determination. Twice a week we gather for Clean Scene – that is, cleaning, organizing, and preparing your temple for Narasiṁha Caturdāśi.
And as always, these weeks before the festival carry a certain tension:
Will everything be ready?
Will all services be covered?
Will the devotees come?
Will we manage?
Yet at the same time, there is deep excitement. Because we know what is coming: the most powerful darshans of the year. The amazing pavitram mālā-pūjā. The overwhelming beauty of Śrī Śrī Prahlāda-Lakṣmī-Narasiṁhadeva’s mahā-abhiśeka. The fire of yajñas. The waves of kirtan. The nectar of hari-kathā spoken by your direct disciples.
And the breathtaking flower outfit, arranged with such devotion, revealing the Lord in a special, radiant splendor, along with the offering of sandesh in all its sugary opulence, prepared with love and presented in such abundance.
Narasiṁha Caturdāśi is not just a festival for us. It is a moment where the spiritual world touches Simhachalam.
Śrīla Prabhupāda, at the same time, something else has begun to move forward. After many discussions, efforts, and much patience, doors are slowly opening with the local authorities. We are now moving toward submitting a repurpose application for our oversized barn, with the vision of transforming it into a guest facility, so that we may properly host the increasing number of visitors coming to your temple.
But before that, we are taking a practical first step: the construction of a children’s hut – a space for your youngest devotees, a place where they can grow, play, learn, and feel protected. This project might seem small in scale, but it is large in meaning, because, Śrīla Prabhupāda, the future of Simhachalam is already running through our courtyard every day.
We pray that these children will develop deep roots in your mission, that they will not only inherit this place but carry your vision forward with strength and conviction.
Along with this hut, a new Tulasī house is planned so that Vṛndā Devī can reside throughout the entire year without the need to be moved seasonally.
In addition, the restructuring of the barn requires further preparations: as the upper level, currently used for hay storage, is intended to become sleeping space for guests, a new, suitable shelter for hay storage must be established as part of the goshala infrastructure.
All of these steps are essential prerequisites and must be completed before we can formally submit the usage application for the barn conversion.
Śrīla Prabhupāda, we also want to offer you our heartfelt reflections on saṅkīrtana, which remains the life and soul of Simhachalam.
The saṅkīrtana community events have grown beautifully. Again and again, devotees come together to organize harināmas, book distribution, kirtan, and prasādam outreach in nearby cities. These events carry a special spirit of cooperation, enthusiasm, and a taste of your movement alive on the streets.
And yet at the same time, we feel a deeper prayer arising. We pray for new saṅkīrtana devotees. We pray for a strong and stable brahmacārī ashram, where devotees can fully dedicate themselves to your mission. We make these prayers because although the structure is there and the events are taking place, your saṅkīrtana mission is asking for new strength.
We feel it.
We pray that you send the right souls – those who are ready to go out, take risks, depend on your mercy, and distribute your books with conviction and faith.
Please empower us, Śrīla Prabhupāda, to not only maintain saṅkīrtana but to revive it in full force.
Sometimes, we feel overwhelmed. Sometimes, we don’t know how everything will come together. But one thing is clear: our roots are deeply planted in this sacred place. And our life’s purpose is simple: to continue what you have started.
We pray for our community: for unity among the devotees of Simhachalam. For stronger relationships between families and ashrams. For cooperation in service.
Because we are learning, again and again that without your devotees, Simhachalam cannot exist. Please bless them with intelligence to serve properly; with humility to work together; with devotion to stay steady; with strength to continue; and with your mercy, always.
Śrīla Prabhupāda, thank you for giving us this life. Thank you for giving us Simhachalam. Thank you for protecting us and engaging us in the service of Śrī Śrī Prahlāda-Lakṣmī-Narasiṁhadeva. Every challenge we face only reminds us that we are still under your shelter.

Dear Śrīla Prabhupāda,
Please accept the humble obeisances, deep gratitude, respect, and love from the devotees of the Kazan ISKCON community.
Thanks to you, our life has gained meaning, colors, taste, and a long-awaited joy. You came into this world and brought love and devotion to Kṛṣṇa in words, sound, and a way of life, and thus saved us, giving us new life.
Your books are like air to us. Breathing them in, we are inspired to serve. Through Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam and all your other works, we have found answers to the most intimate questions, learned to think, reflect, and awaken the mind in order to live according to the laws of God. There are no analogs to these books, and it is only by your grace that we have been able to become acquainted with Kṛṣṇa, His abode, and our eternal nature as integral parts of the Supreme Personality of Godhead.
You have given us a chance for meaningful, pure relationships – with guru, Kṛṣṇa, and those who follow the same path. Loneliness in the crowd was replaced by a sense of belonging to a great family of devotees, united by one goal: to return home, back to Godhead. You have shown us a taste of spiritual life, which includes joyful chanting, kirtans, prasādam, and sincere communication, and you taught us that renunciation without love is suffering, and love without rules is chaos.
We are grateful to you for being patient with our failures and for lifting us up again and again through strict but compassionate guidance. Knowing that you look at us through your books and the words of your followers, we gain the strength to continue the path, purify ourselves, become more honest, sincere, attentive, benevolent, and selfless. Thanks to you, we are learning to interact with each person as an eternal person, an inseparable part of Śrī Kṛṣṇa.
You have given us a priceless jewel – the path of happiness to Kṛṣṇa, pure devotional service, which Lord Caitanya reveals to us all by your grace. Since our contact with the Vaiṣṇavas and Kṛṣṇa consciousness, our vision of the world has completely changed: we have learned about the spiritual world, about Śrī Kṛṣṇa and Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī, about our true position and what we really should do in this world. You have settled in our hearts, and as long as we are alive, we will remember with gratitude the precious gift that you gave us.
Thank you for the fact that every day our fears go away, even those we did not realize we had. We are no longer afraid of a lonely and empty old age because there is always service in your family – live and online, external and internal – and you can stay engaged in your mission until your last breath. Thanks to your grace, we are not living someone else’s life, but gradually learning to live the life that really leads to the lotus feet of Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Mādhava.
We are eternally indebted to you, our dear teacher. To the best of our ability, we will continue to serve your mission, distribute your books, chant the holy name, support each other, and follow the path you have paved for us. We hope that by following your instructions, we will meet you and Kṛṣṇa again one day.

Hare Kṛṣṇa, dear Śrīla Prabhupāda,
Please accept our humble obeisances from all the devotees of the Kirov yātrā!
In the Bhakti-rasāmṛta-sindhu, Śrīla Rūpa Goswami describes sixty-four aṅgas of devotional service. Among these aṅgas, five are the most potent: sādhu-saṅga (association with devotees), nāma-kīrtana (chanting the holy name), bhāgavata-śravaṇa (hearing Śrīmad-Bhāgavatam), mathurā-vāsa (residing at a holy place), and śrī-mūrtira-śraddhāya-sevana (worship of the Deities with faith). Each of these five aṅgas gives one a chance to achieve spiritual perfection. Out of great concern for your disciples and granddisciples you gave us the opportunity to achieve this perfection.
You gave us the practice of chanting the holy names on beads and the practice of kirtan. You translated the most valuable knowledge of the holy scriptures and made it accessible to all the people of the world. You taught us how to worship the Deities and see Kṛṣṇa in them. You gave us the society of devotees – the best of the people, with whom we can deepen our relationship with God. You built temples on the holy land of Vṛndāvana and Māyāpur. You created an entire spiritual city so that devotees from all over the world could come and increase their taste for spiritual life.
Your books, lectures, conversations and letters are as deep as Vaiṣṇava philosophy. They can never be fully studied because they are constantly unfolding and revealing new instructions, new facets of devotion and service to God.
In the material world, leaders lose their influence almost immediately after their departure. Your power, however, only grows with each passing year. We see this in the large number of devotees who continue to follow your instructions. Wherever a devotee goes in the world, he is sure to find a temple – a part of the spiritual world, where he will feel like family even hundreds of kilometers from home; you gave us this feeling of eternal spiritual happiness. Thanks to your faith and devotion, the holy name has reached every town and village, according to Mahāprabhu’s will.
We are happy to be your family, Śrīla Prabhupāda. We are happy to raise our children in Kṛṣṇa consciousness. We are happy to bring people knowledge that frees them from material distress. We are happy to build our relationship with God.

My name is Gaura-siṁha Dāsa. I serve as president of the ISKCON temple in Krasnodar, in the South Russia Region. My wife, Dāmodara Rati Devī Dāsī, serves as the main pūjarī at this temple. Today, on the auspicious day of your Vyāsa-pūjā, allow us to address you on behalf of ourselves and all the devotees of our temple of Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Śyāma and Śrī Gaurāṅga with respectful and grateful words.
By Your Divine Grace, the true reason for which remains a mystery to us, a very special idea one day entered our minds and hearts – to try to invite Śrī Śrī Rādhā and Kṛṣṇa into our lives and the spiritual life of our city, to build a beautiful, comfortable, and bright temple for Them, and to cultivate a beautiful garden with numerous kuñjas for Their pleasure. This inspiration came to us, as you know, from you personally in 2014 at the Krishna-Balaram temple in Vrindavan. It was then, standing before you in your Samādhi Mandir that we felt your blessing for this special service.
Undoubtedly, we made some efforts and performed certain austerities within our bodies and minds, as much as we could in this age of spiritual degradation, a time of discord and conflict. But the true driving force behind this internal and external process of building the temple was, of course, you, dear Śrīla Prabhupāda. It is precisely by the power of your grace and blessings, as well as the blessings of your disciples, that this truly miraculous establishment of the temple can be attributed. Thus, on April 10, 2022, on the sacred day of Rāmanavamī, the beautiful Deities of Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Śyāma and Śrī Gaurāṅga were installed in this new temple.
Furthermore, it was only by your grace and blessings that we were given the opportunity to serve in this temple, despite lacking the necessary qualifications, having been born and raised in families with heavy karma, and especially in this age of Kali – an age of degradation and strife. This service at the temple has been going on for four years now, and each year it becomes more and more splendid. The atmosphere in the temple becomes increasingly spiritual and attracts many devotees and new people. We never cease to be amazed by this.
Dear Śrīla Prabhupāda, we feel that you have been with us all this time. We constantly feel your presence both in the temple’s altar room, where you are constantly present in the form of your deity, and in your books, which we regularly read and draw great inspiration from. We sense your presence through the love and cooperation of devotees, and we sense your presence when we reflect on the example of your life and all the incomprehensibly difficult obstacles you overcame in your desire to give people throughout the world this priceless gift of Kṛṣṇa consciousness.
A few months after the opening of the temple, on the sacred day of your appearance, your deity was installed in the temple directly opposite Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Śyāma and Śrī Gaurāṅga. On that day, as I offered you words of glorification, I felt inspired to offer you our entire service and our lives as devoted servants of this temple. Then, completely unexpectedly, these words burst from my mouth. As it turns out, this same desire was in the hearts of many devotees serving in the temple, and from that time this offering has been repeated every day since: all the devotees in the temple pray to be instruments in your hands, offering you their service and lives. Thus, we can feel that you direct all service in the temple. Every day, we feel your mercy, your blessings, your love, and your acceptance of us into your spiritual family.
We sincerely thank you, dear Srila Prabhupada, for everything we see, hear, and feel. We thank you for this opportunity to be part of your spiritual family, for this opportunity to participate in this Kṛṣṇa consciousness movement, for the opportunity for spiritual development and service.
Please accept our service, our inspiration, our creativity, and our lives as an offering to you, and please bless us to reach true, pure, and unalloyed devotion in this life. Bless us to chant the mahā-mantra purely: Hare Kṛṣṇa Hare Kṛṣṇa, Kṛṣṇa Kṛṣṇa Hare Hare / Hare Rāma Hare Rāma, Rāma Rāma Hare Hare. Bless us to understand the science of devotional service that You have given us in Your transcendental books. We therefore feel a deep responsibility to continue this service.
At the same time, we are placing increasing attention on nourishing and caring for the devotees within our community. We recognize the importance of spiritual support, meaningful relationships, and genuine care. United in our shared goal of reviving our eternal relationship with Kṛṣṇa, we strive to cultivate a spirit of cooperation and friendship, knowing that this journey is best undertaken together.
To sustain and expand these efforts, a suitable temple building would be a great blessing. We humbly pray at your lotus feet that, by your mercy, such an opportunity will manifest. Until that time, we remain committed to serving you in whatever capacity we can, dedicated to preserving and carrying forward your teachings and legacy.

We, your followers, have a unique opportunity to communicate with you through our attempts at devotional service through your vāṇī, making an effort to fulfill the spiritual instructions you’ve given in your books, numerous lectures, meetings, and walks with devotees.
Your humility and complete devotion to your spiritual master, your compassion and love for all living entities, as well as your infinite mercy allow us to try to develop the qualities necessary for cultivating true devotion to guru and Kṛṣṇa!
Inspiring the devotees through your example, you tirelessly spread the teachings of Lord Caitanya throughout the world in every city and village. Your every step frees this world from the consequences of billions of sins!
You have opened the practice of bhakti to the whole world, opening your heart and in an incomprehensible way, transmitting the bliss of your enlightened mind. When you saw the Western world, you turned to Kṛṣṇa and said, “You’ve brought me here and now I’m your marionette, so pull the strings. I will dance however You wish.” It was an amazing, fearless decision.
But you didn’t just say it – you did it. You’d been doing it throughout the years. You were a perfect instrument. Preaching intensively, going through the great pressure of writing books at night, you practically didn’t live for the body but were constantly in service to the mission.
You opened temples of Kṛṣṇa in many cities of many countries, including those where there was not a single devotee before you came. These temples are still embassies of the spiritual world.
Here in Kursk, we follow your instructions and continue the tradition of worshiping the Lord in our temple, holding Sunday programs and celebrating festivals. We invite guests for darshan of the Deities, chant the holy names together, and eat prasādam. All this is possible only because we know how important it was for you, dear Śrīla Prabhupāda! Let us always stay at your lotus feet, holding onto the hem of your dhoti and realizing our helplessness!
We ask for blessings to open our hearts so that they become as pure and beautiful as your huge heart, overflowing with the elixir of divine love in which each of us has found a place. Forever bound to you with bonds of love, we are eternally indebted to you!
We will always pray to cling to your lotus feet so that Kṛṣṇa may be pleased with our spiritual family!
