Ohe Gurudeva, Guru Mahārāja, tomāra karuṇā apāra
Sei karuṇāya haiche sabāi ei bhava-sindhu-pāra
Translation: Oh my beloved Guru Mahārāja, your causeless mercy is unlimited. By that mercy alone, many conditioned souls are delivered from this ocean-like material existence.
Śrīla Prabhupādera abhilāṣa pūraṇe nivedita-man
Tomāra sebāy niyukta ha’ye dhanya ei jīvana
Translation: Your heart is always absorbed in fulfilling the desire of Śrīla Prabhupāda. Our lives become blessed simply by engaging in your service.
Aphuranta utsāha āra dhairyer murti-pratik tumi
Śrīdhāma Māyāpura madhura-madhya-mani tumi
Translation: You are the embodiment of unending enthusiasm and exemplary tolerance. You are the sweet shining gem at the heart of Śrīdhāma Māyāpur.
Tomāra śrī-mukha-niḥsṛta Gaurāṅgera vāṇī
Jīvera māyār kabala theke uddhārer prema-dhvanī
Translation: From your divine lotus mouth flows the message of Śrī Gaurāṅga Mahāprabhu. It resounds like a loving call to liberate souls from the clutches of illusion.
Siṁhera nāi "Gaurāṅga" bale kara garjan
Se eka adbhuta hṛdaya utphulla jāgaraṇa
Translation: You roar like a lion chanting “Gaurāṅga! Gaurāṅga!” It awakens a miraculous blossoming within our stone-like hearts.
Gaurāṅga-mādhurī-līlāy tomāra nimajjita-man
Tomāra śrī-caraṇa-sebāy dhanya sabāra jīvana
Translation: Your consciousness is ever immersed in the sweet pastimes of Lord Gaurāṅga. Serving your divine lotus feet is the true perfection of our lives.
Śrīla Prabhupādera sadā ciro-satya vāṇī
Sākṣāt Gaurāṅga Mahāprabhura nijo-jana āpani
Translation: Śrīla Prabhupāda constantly revealed the eternal truth through his divine teachings. He confirmed that you, Śrīla Jayapatākā Svāmī Guru Mahārāja, are an eternal associate of Lord Gaurāṅga.
Gaura-vāṇī-pracār tomāra mūla-mantra-sāja
Ājker śubha-dine kṛpā kara, ohe Gurudeva, Guru Mahārāja
Translation: To preach the message of Gaurāṅga is your essential ornament and secret meditation. On this most auspicious day of your appearance, O Gurudeva, Guru Mahārāja, please bless me with just a drop of that mercy and forgive all my offenses.
