Hare Kṛṣṇa, Dear Guru Mahārāja,
Please accept my heartfelt obeisances at your lotus feet.
All glories to Śrīla Prabhupāda.
All glories to you, Guru Mahārāja.
All glories to your 76th Vyāsa-pūjā celebration.
On this most auspicious occasion, I beg for your mercy.
You are a true soldier and the most exemplary disciple of Śrīla Prabhupāda, who continues to perfectly follow the orders of your Guru Mahārāja. I am always astonished to witness how, despite all physical challenges and your advanced age, you are still tirelessly traveling around the world, leading yātrās, giving daily classes, reading Śrīla Prabhupāda’s books, preaching, encouraging book distribution—you are doing everything! This is the age when most retire, yet you continue to joyfully fulfill every instruction of Śrīla Prabhupāda.
“guru-mukha-padma-vākya cittete koriyā aikya”—you are living this verse fully.
Whenever I hear your lectures, I feel how deeply you care—not just for individual devotees but for Śrīdhāma Māyāpur and the entire ISKCON movement. Your love and vision carry the legacy of our ācāryas.
Currently, I am connected with IYF Māyāpur, serving in college preaching and book distribution. With your mercy, we have started a new preaching initiative at UIT Engineering College, and around 15 students are now regularly associating with us. Please bless us so that we can expand this preaching further and serve you and Śrīla Prabhupāda with sincerity and enthusiasm.
Gurudeva, I’ve often heard you emphasize the importance of an ideal gṛhastha life. I am now planning to enter gṛhastha-āśrama, and I humbly beg your blessings—for both myself and my would-be wife—that we may live as true gṛhasthas in the service of Śrīla Prabhupāda’s mission. I recognize my tendencies toward gṛhamedhī-like behavior, and only by your mercy can I overcome them.
I sincerely pray to Śrī Śrī Rādhā-Mādhava, Śrī Śrī Pañca-tattva, Śrī Śrī Prahlāda-Nṛsiṁhadeva, and Śrī Śrī Jagannātha, Baladeva, Subhadrā Mahārāṇī, and to Śrīla Prabhupāda, for your continued health and strength—so we may all witness your glorious presence at the Grand Opening of the TOVP.
Please bless me so that I may serve every one of your instructions with determination and humility. I have many bad qualities that I need to overcome, but without your mercy, it is impossible. Please also bless me with deeper attachment to your lotus feet and to your words, so that I may serve you and bring joy to your heart.
Your insignificant servant,
Acyutasākha Arindama dāsa
