Hare Kṛṣṇa Gurudev,

Please accept my humble obeisances.
All glories to Śrī Guru and Gaurāṅga.
All glories to Jagad-Guru Śrīla Prabhupāda, and all glories to your loving divine grace.

It is my great pleasure to offer this homage to your divine grace on this auspicious Vyāsa-pūjā day. I pray to Śrīmatī Rādhārāṇī for many happy returns of this sacred occasion. Gurudev, this past year has been filled with realizations and new spiritual experiences by your blessings. Keeping you at the center of my life, I can feel how your causeless mercy flows unconditionally, nurturing my devotional service. Although it has been ten years since Lord Kṛṣṇa mercifully sent you as my master and savior, the memory of my first darśana of your divine grace remains fresh in my vision.

I am currently in my first year studying Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Advanced Studies at University of Sydney. Dear Gurudev, you are showering Gaurāṅga’s mercy through over 50,000 hands. Fortunately, I received your mercy through HG Dīnanātha Giridhārī Prabhu (of Balarāma-deśa Yātrā), who brought me into Kṛṣṇa consciousness. Currently, I am engaged in kīrtana services alongside my higher education.

Gurudev, you have made all arrangements not only for your disciples but for humanity at large through your innovative ways of sharing your association—lectures, live internet broadcasts, activity reports, and more. In every activity, you strengthen our commitment and conviction to Śrīla Prabhupāda and his ISKCON.

Please bless me, Guru Mahārāja, so that the anarthas in the core of my heart are replaced by genuine concern for living entities suffering without Kṛṣṇa consciousness. May I thereby become an instrument of your dedicated disciples, spreading Lord Gaurāṅga’s message. Please instill in my heart a drop of that mood of servitorship you have for Śrīla Prabhupāda. Please bless me and my family so that all of us can engage wholeheartedly in devotional service and live up to your instructions. I pray to Lord Narasiṁha to protect you and give you all strength. Let Him take my life, as it is worthless and useless, and add the balance of my life to yours.

On this auspicious day, I pray to remain a speck of dust at your lotus feet, O my beloved Guru Mahārāja. I wish you the most wonderful Vyāsa-pūjā celebration again and again.

His Divine Grace Jayapatākā Swāmī Mahārāja kī jaya!

Your insignificant servant of the servants,
Manish
